The pristine Palm Gables condos are centrally located in the heart of Holmes Beach and is one of the most sought after complexes on the lovely Anna Maria Island. It's in a popular, yet quiet area, of the Island and is in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Palm Gables is a very private 7 unit complex, only steps to the warm sand and emerald green water that Anna Maria is best known for. The well-maintained compound features secured and dedicated undercover parking for one vehicle beneath the unit, and one vehicle beside the unit along with an elevator. Common area parking is also available at the rear of the building (along 4th Avenue) and street parking along 36th Street may also be available. This spacious corner unit offers dramatic panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Witness spectacular sunsets every evening from your own private patio as the day slips into night with the sun slowly dancing its way into the gorgeous green gulf. Situated between the building and the expansive beach is the heated pool nestled amongst the local flora.

Unit 110 is decorated in bold and vibrant colors to further accentuate the tropical island vibe. The open concept floor plan allows for families or couples to enjoy each other's company while creating lasting memories of time well spent relaxing away the day. The unit is outfitted with 4 TV's (living room and one in each bedroom), has a private washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. The hotel quality, professionally laundered, linen service provides a nice stock of all linens and towels. Palm Gables #110 will sleep six with a king size bed, a queen size bed, and two twin beds. This is Island living at its finest! Sleeps up to 6.

Location is everything and this place has it all. Close to beach and shops. Quiet and serene with nice private pool. Highly recommend this gem.Check in was a little confusing but neighbors helped get us in.

The building is a prime location with all the amenities. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. The pool is clean, parking was good and its prime for sunset viewing. I would give this place a 5 star but it was very dirty. There were many things that were bothersome. Primarily the kitchen. The dishes appeared to be placed in the cabinets without being washed.....the dishwasher must have not been run and the cleaning people maybe thought it had.....there was so much food and lipstick on silverware, glasses, coffee cups, plates, pans etc. We had to hand wash so many things. The coffee maker and toaster were so dirty we had to wash them before using them as well. The door handle to the pantry had food all over it and light switches even had gross sticky dirt and food on them. This was very disappointing. We arrived at night, and I informed property managers, and they did offer to send over the cleaning crew that next morning, but honestly, we went to the store right away and had to clean as soon as we arrived that night as it was too much, and we were grossed out. The bathrooms were pretty disappointing as well, lots of hair around the edges of the floor and toilet. Unfortunately, they are using a very poor cleaning service as it was not just a few things missed. Great place but unfortunately VERY dirty.

We stayed at this condo after staying in 2019. The view is spectacular and great location within walking distance to Publix and the Anna Maria Island cafe. Any questions were immediately answered by management. It’s our go to spring break and place and we’ve already booked our stay for next year!

We are a family of 5, with kids 12, 9, and 6. We came to relax and that’s what we did. This condo provides tons of space, an amazing view, and quick access to white sand. Not too far away are more dining options and access to ester fun. My girls went parasailing. If you’re looking for a laidback beach vacation, this did not disappoint.

Our stay was wonderful! Beach and pool were perfect for easy access and condo central to both fun areas of town. We only had issues getting a gate code- never was resolved but we were able to make do and was a mild inconvenience. ****We did leave a mens bathing suit hanging with a wedding band in the pocket should anyone find it. My husband is upset he left it and is very hopeful he can get the ring back.

We absolutely loved AMI and this condo was beautiful and in a perfect location!!! Right on the beach, great view of the gulf, centrally located. It was our first trip to AMI and we loved it!! Can’t wait to come back and visit and will be sure to stay in the same unit !!

The elevator broke so we had to carry our luggage downstairs when we checked out. The washing machine was making a horrible sound and there seemed to be a problem with the electrical outlets. We did not report the last two until checkout. Other than that, the condo was nice.

The property was great. Unfortunately the property management was not. We did not receive the entrance code until 20 minutes after our check-in time. We also had issues with locking the unit when we left and unlocking the storage shed for beach chairs. Directions provided were not accurate. Sadly too, the unit did not have any regular staples, (i.e. coffee, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, ect.). We will definitely come back to the island, but will avoid renting from the property management again.

We had a wonderful time here on our honeymoon! The weather was absolutely beautiful and the condo was in a perfect location. We had an awesome view of the ocean and were able to walk right on to the beach. The garage was nice for coverage and privacy. We were Also very appreciative of the beach supplies (chairs and umbrellas.) We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Gables 110. It was an excellent location for dining and shopping and of course hanging out at the beach which was a very short walk. The condo was clean on arrival and was very easy to get in with the check in process. The garage was very nice too! The only thing I would recommend for future would be to bring toilet paper and paper towels as there was not enough provided for a 6 night stay. It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay and would stay again on the next trip to Anna Maria Island.

This property exceeded our expectations! This is a wonderful, private, secure beachfront location that was well maintained and quiet. We loved not having to drive to another location to check in thanks to the key pad on the door. The unit felt inviting, was clean with all appliances functioning properly with clear instructions left by the owners. The owners thoughtfully stocked the condo with plenty of towels, toilet paper, dish soap, tissues, etc and the beach chairs and umbrellas were an added bonus. We will definitely consider renting this property again in the future!

We stayed at this condo for a week in January and it was perfection! We are picky when it comes to vacation rentals and we just loved this one!! Gorgeous views, amazing community with pool, and easy access to the beach on a little path right from the pool! Will definitely be staying here again! Close to Publix, shopping and the trolley stop to get all around the island. We can't wait to go back!!!

This was a great location, close to everything but away from the crowds. Unit 110 had a private garage under the unit. Unit was well furnished and shelves were full. We needed nothing. It was great having a secured, well provisioned area for beach chairs, canopy, floats , etc. right next to the garage.
