PRIVATE HEATED POOL! 150 Steps to Beach! No property management fees!

Gulf Breeze is a cozy Key West style coastal cottage ideally located 150 steps to the beautiful white sand beach. The property is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a very comfortable king bed that is ideal for island getaways. One of just a few one bedroom villas on the island with completely private heated pool. The pool is heated to 85 degrees weather permitting. Come home from the beach and unwind by the pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Enjoy dining alfresco on the private patio. Relax with a lovely glass of wine, read a book or simply enjoy listening to the waves on the patio swing. The free Island trolley stop is directly across the street that will take you from one end of the island to the other. The ever popular Monkey Bus provides free "trips for tips" and offer door to door service. Our villa is located in the middle and most desirable, residential areas on the quieter north end of Anna Maria Island. Our beach house is surrounded by beautiful custom homes steps to the beautiful beach. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Our host was fantastic. Very welcoming and friendly. We very much enjoyed our interactions. The villa is decorated so comfortably and beautifully. Loved the Pier tiles above the stove. The pool in back is just perfect after a day at the beach or honestly at any time. Completely private! The walk to the beach is 2 minutes tops. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach home. Proximity to the beach was great, and Jeannine’s thoughtful touches throughout the property were very much appreciated. We loved the pool and outdoor spaces. Everything in the home was clean, decorated beautifully and well appointed. All of the beach supplies (cart, umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels, inflatables, etc) were put to use, and we were happy to not need to pack those items. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and bedding. Great neighborhood and location on the island - we loved Holmes Beach! Jeannine was wonderful with providing recommendations for restaurants, etc and very receptive with responding yo questions. We will be back!

Amazing!!

If you thought the pictures were great, get ready to be wowed! Jeannine's property is everything and more. It is recently renovated and pristine. I've stayed at quite a few VRBO's so I can appreciate a good one, but this one is great. Jeannine goes out of her way to give her guests the best experience. She provided the cutest little starter packets of Keurig coffee, creamers and sugar in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom. She even provides a fresh wrapped sponge in the kitchen sink. These little touches mean everything. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking, reheating and eating. The living area is lovely with a comfy couch and smart TV. The bed has luxurious linens and the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. There are also plenty of towels for showering and the beach. As if all that isn't enough, the beach is literally 150 steps away and the backyard of this property is a secluded tropical oasis. The house is ideally located, not far from restaurants and shopping. We cannot wait to come back.

We had an amazing stay at the sweet little beach cottage on AMI. We just got home yesterday and are already missing it. From the location to the pool to the cottage itself best experience all around. The cottage was very clean, not a speck of dirt, the pool was gorgeous and warm. It made it especially nice after a long day on the beach. The location - I cannot say enough what a perfect spot it is. Literally steps from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood but still quick and easy to get where we needed. And of course Jeannine, she is an incredible host. Very responsive, helpful and kind. We were taken care of very well. We can't wait to come back for another stay at Jeannine's AMI beach cottage!

Excellent Rental

We have visited AMI for several years and we believe we have now found the perfect rental property. The location is great with the beach just a very short walk away in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The furniture is so comfortable, including the king mattress. We appreciated the pool area so much. We used it daily, along with the gas grill once. The host, Jeannine, was very responsive and offered her contact info in case we had questions. We can’t say enough good things about this excellent place to stay. We plan to use it again in the future.

Beach Paradise

This cottage was perfect for our first stay on Anna Maria Island. Centrally located in Holmes Beach, we were close to everything on the island. We were literally steps from the beach but our street was quiet with minimal traffic. The cottage was spotlessly clean, incredibly well appointed, and was the perfect space for a couple. The interior has been lovingly redone after the hurricane and every detail has been thought of. The exterior space is just as wonderful with the very private and secluded pool as well as the lovely lenai for dining or visiting. The owner could not have been more helpful and attentive and yet she respected our desire for privacy. I highly recommend this beautiful cottage if you want to enjoy a beach paradise!

Fantastic location and beautiful private space

Hubbie and I spent a week at Jeannine's lovely 1 bedroom duplex and loved our stay. We were the first guests post renovation after Hurricane Helene and Jeannine was gracious enough to meet us there to go over everything and make sure we had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped kitchen for a foodie, and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Pool was heated so we could enjoy time despite the cool weather. Beach was a very short 4 minute walk, made easier by the beach cart, and chairs. Jeannine-a special thank you for the spices in the kitchen and the backgammon set!!! Jackie & John

Such a wonderful home!

My husband and I stayed for a week and we fell in love with the home and area! The house is so close to the beach. When you are done at the beach you can always relax in the pool. The host is so helpful and informative. She directed us to the best restaurants in the area which was super helpful. If you are looking to relax in a cozy beach home, this home is the right one for you.
