Other Things To Note • Anna Maria Island maintains a noise ordinance from 10pm-8am that we kindly ask all guests to respect. • We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you! • This home allows parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Things can be moved around in the garage to accommodate 1 additional small vehicle. • Please be aware that the advertised hot tub and/spa is a section of pool that circulates water from the pool with relaxing jets and warm temperatures. This type of hot tub is powered by an electric heater and will usually reach temps of low 100's, depending on the outside air temperature. To activate the spa and begin the heating process you must turn it on with the control panel and wait 30-45 minutes for the maximum temperature to be reached. As with all pool and spa heat, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate. • We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25\. • We are dog friendly! A fee of $125 for each dog you are bringing. PET POLICY: 2 pets maximum. We allow small, non-shedding, well trained dogs. Please message about pets for approval. Hurricane Cancellation Policy: We provide a 100% refund if your trip is canceled due to a hurricane warning issued by the National Weather Service for either our rental area or your departure location. This house is not only in a fantastic location - but it is just as it is pictured. The home itself is a vacation spot. The pool and the yard games were such a welcome. If we weren’t at the beach we were in the yard at the pool or eating at one of the beautiful outside settings. Comfortable and very clean! This home is in a quiet area yet close to anywhere you’d want to go - and about 2 minutes from the beach. We were 7 adults and 1 one year old with much room to spread out and all have our own privacy as well as bathrooms. The owner is very responsive & ease with check in. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beach home in Holmes Beach! So if you are trying to decide-look no further! The house was everything we had hoped for-beautiful, clean, great location to the beach entrance, amazing activities by the pool-kids loved all the games especially the putt putt and corn hole, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds! This spacious well built home is in a quiet location. In the 12+ years we've leased homes on AMI for our family, this was the best. This was as advertised. It had planets of space for our family. We have kids 19- 23 so they each want their own space. Plenty of good yard games and the pool was great. It was large enough to have a good time and had a deep end. Very close to the beach and convenient walk to food, coffee, etc. If we come back to Ami we would stay here again. Lots of great seating areas and comfy beds. The location was spot on, with the beach super close and great food options minutes away. The best part was the back yard oasis, with the pool and hot tub along with a great outdoor seating area with TV that provided either sun or shade as we needed it. We definitely would stay again and again! The host made everything easy and we had zero issues the whole stay. ##### Hans U. Loved the house… not too big, it was very clean, the outdoor area was lovely, close to the beach, traffic not just horrific, and Ginelle is a complete doll. Sooo helpful and Justin handled a couple of issues we had. This is our 20th year in AMI. And this is the first time we can rebook for next year!! Furniture was okay. Location was amazing. Beach close by and so were beach shops, coffee and restaurants all walking distance. Even a boat rental was around the corner. Ideal location, walking distance to the beach and establishments!
