Its spacious layout gives plenty of room to relax while being surrounded by the beachy decor, creating the perfect ambiance for a true beach getaway. Enjoy evenings around the firepit sharing hilarious stories with your friends or soak in some rays by the heated pool while lounging in your own private oasis. The living area is another great place to gather thanks to the comfortable and large, L-shaped sofa strategically placed in front of the flatscreen TV. Right outside your door is a great view, just steps from the beach! You'll find some of Anna Maria's best spots well within your reach. Just a short walk away are white sandy beaches of the Gulf, just right outside your door. Nearby trolly stops will give you access to all of the island - simply sit back and enjoy the ride. Great island dining and shopping are a small trip away. Enjoy local island boutiques or great local cuisine. Orlando might be 126 miles away, but it's totally worth the day trip! There you'll experience a fun-filled adventure thanks to Walt Disney World Parks, Universal Theme Parks, SeaWorld, and more! Things to Know We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24-hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. The hot tub is available upon request. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Awesome location. Walking distance to the beach, groceries, some restaurants. A couple blocks off the main road so it was much more quiet. Backyard pool, hot tub, TV, gas fire pit, screened in porch were all AMAZING. Pool gets afternoon shade so you can get out of the sun after a while. It’s a duplex but we hardly heard anything. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food for any meal. Dining room table and comfy couch made for fun games/movies. Literally the only (minor) downsides: Bathrooms are a bit snug and we could not find a hair dryer anywhere. If Anna Maria/Holmes Beach is your thing, this place seems really hard to beat! ##### Brian P. Property was super close to the beautiful beach. Pool and hot tub were nice and back yard was great. Inside the house was ok.
