Beautiful, tropical touches throughout, this villa offers tons of space! 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 baths with gourmet kitchen featuring custom granite countertops, new appliances, and plenty of counter space is perfect for groups or families. Comfortable seating for 6 inside and a private patio with table outside for some fresh air dining! No details were overlooked in adding all the comforts of home, free WiFi, cable TV, private washer/dryer, and private parking available on site. Just a 3 minute walk to the turquoise waters of Anna Maria beach or a few steps to your sparkling shared pool. The pool is generously sized and has a fantastic waterfall feature with plenty of deck space for basking in that warm Florida sun. Choices, choices. Would liked a bit more detail cleaning, windows and floors, also better pillows would be nice and the verticals (missing strips) and screen on door wall needs repair. It was the week of July 4th so I didn’t have much option to choose from since everything was taken. This is a perfect rental for a big families or 3 couples. I like that it have 3 bedroom and each Bedroom have a bathroom and a back door. The pool is shared in between rentals not crowded at all and it’s right in the back yard, 5 steps to be exact. They have a fence for your protection and privacy just in case you have small kids. The parking was able to fit 3 cars and still roomy. The outside of the house is very nice and banana color.
