Fantastic location—just a short walk to the beach and local shops. The house was super clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach umbrellas, chairs, and bikes. It was incredibly relaxing and exactly what we hoped for. We’re already planning to make this an annual trip!

We loved our stay at Holmes Beach. Just two blocks away from the beach and close to tons of great restaurants and shops. The property is immaculate and perfect for a family vacation house. They have really thought of everything to make your stay perfect and comfortable. Could not recommend more.

#### Wonderful House, Perfect for Families, Easy Walk to the Beach

My family and I really enjoyed our week-long stay in this well-appointed home. The layout, amenities, and location are just perfect for a family vacation. As a family with younger kids, we're always looking for a beach vacation home that has an awesome pool and outdoor space for the kids and adults to both enjoy, that is in close enough proximity to the beach to come and go as we need to, and that is private enough to feel like we have our own space to relax in. This home checks all three of those boxes. We would definitely recommend this home, and would look forward to staying here again.

#### My Favorite AMI Trip!

This house is closer to 64 and I wasn't sure if that was a good or bad thing.... It was a GREAT thing!! It is so easy to get on and off the island. The house is so beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. The beach is so close and they have EVERYTHING you need such as a cart, cooler, bikes, umbrella and chairs. I love this house so much I want to buy it!! I think this was perfect for our 4 couple get away. We are already booking it again in the fall. This house would also be perfect for a family. We've been coming for 12 years and this was our favorite house! Highly Recommended!!

Management is great. The house is PERFECTLY situated on Anna Maria Island. Steps to the beautiful beach, shopping and food. On the quiet part of the beach too. The pool is great. The kitchen is a cooks dream. Perfect for families of 8\. The layout is great. Amenities great. Nothing but raves from us.

#### Gorgeous Property

We took our family and had a Fabulous stay!! Everyone had their own space, it was very comfortable,extremely Clean and felt like home! There were plenty of towels and linens, the pool was awesome and the beach was so close! We also enjoyed the bikes that were in the garage, we definately want to book here again! Thank you so much, we had a great vacation!!

#### Great home near the beach

Beautiful home near the beach. Very clean. Had some unfortunate luck with the pool and hottub heater not working for 3 days. Hot tub eventually heated but pool never did, icemaker quit working and fire table gas line stopped working but Property management was responsive on Monday (check in is Saturday) and attempted to fix things. An extra night was provided for the trouble. Overall a nice stay.
