Easy check in. You do need to bring your own spices, trash bags, paper towels. WiFi worked great. The house has plenty of space. We had a problem with hot water on the 3rd floor. The pool was disappointing, we had to pay 20 per day and I had to call 3 times about it because it was not maintained. One child was 14 the other child 10 both are girls. Location was great, loved the garage, all of the beach supplies, kitchen was fairly well stocked. Pool was great. Walk to the beach was easy. The house was very good. We went to beach in Am and pool in backyard in afternoon. The dishwasher worked but The dishwasher door opened and was practically on the floor. The silver wear basket for the bottom part of basket was broken and we weren’t able to use the dishwasher for silverware. The bed upstairs in guest bedroom was very lumpy and water pressure in upstairs shower wasn’t good. The master bedroom and all the other rooms were good. The communication with the paradise office was great. All facilities were available and the pool was fantastic for the kids. Floor plan flowed very nicely with large rooms. However needs a new refrigerator as it capable of making loud noises like a tractor. Same for the washer and dryer. Living room furniture needs updating as chairs are on their last leg. Master bedroom needs a king bed. Master bathroom had a nice shower with plenty of hot water. As other reviews smoke detector in master was beeping and needed a new battery. The swimming pool was great somedays when it was working properly and poor others. Sometimes waterfall and jets worked and somedays not. Same with the pool heat. It is a nice but glitchy pool overall. We loved the island and the location of the house. Unfortunately we have issues with the pool all week and that where not addressed for the first 3 days and the problem was never fixed. The pump was not pumping enough to ran the waterfall and the jets causing the pool to be cloudy. The outside shower was leaking inside the wall and therefore not putting out enough pressure to be useful. I had to clean out the dryer vent outside due to it being packed full. The smoke detector in the upstairs bedroom had a bad battery and beeped all week. The house was very nice overall just needs some updating and better overall maintenance.
