NO SMOKING. Pets are welcome with prior approval, provided they meet our pet policy guidelines. We allow a maximum of one pet, weighing under 65 lbs. A pet fee applies based on the length of your stay: $100 for stays under 4 days, $200 for stays of 4-14 days, and $400 for stays of 15+ days, per pet. Booking & Fee Policy Include all guests and pets in your reservation request for accurate pricing. Additional fees apply for extra occupancy (over 2 guests per bedroom) or undeclared pets. Reservations & Guest Requirements Most stays are 7 nights, Saturday–Saturday, though flexible dates may be available outside peak/holiday weeks—confirm before booking, as changes are not always possible afterward. Guests must be 25+, provide valid ID, and remain for the full stay. Standard occupancy is 2 per bedroom; extra guests are $25/person/night up to the maximum allowed. Quiet Hours 10 PM–8 AM. Maintain reasonable noise at all times to respect neighbors; excessive noise is not permitted. Cleaning & Linens Home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays. Starter amenities provided; daily service available for a fee. Stays of 28+ days require a mid-stay clean. Pool & Spa Pool heated year-round to 82–85°F; heating may be affected by cooler weather. Heaters/filters off during quiet hours (10 PM–8 AM). Spa, if available, is part of the pool, seasonal, not a commercial hot tub, and may be unavailable in summer. Guests may not adjust equipment; violations may result in fines or damages. Property Security Exterior cameras may monitor entries, driveways, pool equipment, and backyard access for security, deliveries, and occupancy compliance. Cameras do not face private areas. It is 5 houses from Gulf Drive, then another short walk up 1 block to the beach. A golf cart or other means of transportation is recommended to quickly get around that area of the island. This house needs some good general maintenance, The stair boards are wobbly on the West side, there is an area on the front porch of the East side that is rotting and we were afraid someone would go through, the pool heater did not work until the pool maintenance person manually turned it on. The electrical must have taken a hit during the hurricanes as there was black duck tape holding a cover together on the outside. There is no water pressure in the master bath on the west side and the washer did not work on the East side. We feel that if this house was well maintained, it would be a prime rental but in the state that it is currently in, I cannot give it more than three stars. It should also be noted that all of the main living areas are on the second floor so when utilizing the pool area, we were constantly running up and down stairs to get drinks, snacks, stuff to grill, etc.... I would recommend setting up an outdoor pool bar area with a mini fridge and some counter space. We would love to see the property given a little TLC then I think it would be a perfect rental for adults and older children due to the stairs. Once Upon a Beach Vacation Rentals was a pleasure to deal with and addressed all concerns. ##### Chris C.
