Island Beach Club is a 10 unit building with a new heat pump, shared pool. Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore, taking advantage of the free trolley. There are convenient stops the length of the island. Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Island Beach Club Association Rules-2025/2026 Island Beach Club Association Has No Onsite Management- All Rentals Are Managed by Owners/ Agents. If you have any problems or questions, please contact the Rental Owner/ Agents from whom you rented from. General Rules- No Pet are Allowed in the unit or on Island Beach Club Premises Cars must be parked so they do not obstruct the walkways. Each Unit is permitted to one car on the shelled lot. No Gulf Carts are allowed on premises. Skateboards and roller-skates may not be used on the association property. Per Holmes Beach Fire Rules-Cooking Grills may not be used on balconies, on walkways or in parking lots. There is only one designated grilling area, and each user should try to keep grill and grill area clean. Children cannot be left unattended. They are not allowed to play on public balconies and stairways. Towels, clothing, etc. may not be hung over balcony railings. Balconies or walkways in front of units or on side of buildings may not be blocked. No Rowdy or Disruptive Behavior Nothing can be left outside during Hurricane Season if the Unit is Unoccupied. All Tenants must abide by the four- person occupancy limit per rental unit, and guest of these tenants should be limited and closely monitored. Guests may park at the north end of the building only. Trash Rules- Please bag and tie garbage to reduce odors Empty your trash in the community dumpster provided at the rear of the property Swimming Pool and Swimming Pool Area- The Pool is open from Dawn to Dusk Only tenants and their guests are allowed. We were looking for a place "on the beach", which this satisfies but with a couple caveats. There is a gravel road and a small dune between the building and the beach, but it's still only approx 100yd walk to the water and not too far to go back for forgotten items or a restroom break. Beach view is 1/3 obstructed by another building (and a streetlight at night), but it still felt close and you can see/hear the waves. The unit itself was great - comfortable for a family and stocked with the essentials. A strip mall with several stores and restaurants was 2-3 blocks away - also very convenient. ##### Ryan L. This property is beautifully located! The pictures are accurately represented, but photos do not do the gorgeous views justice! The condo is also well equipped with everything you'd need. We bought some essentials from the local Walmart not realizing that many of the items we purchased were already present in the rental. There are also some beach toys, a tent for the sun, and even games to play when indoors. The only hiccup was the door entry code not working at arrival. You can see your chairs and towels from the lanai and that makes it even more convenient! A few minor things I think they could do to make it better but I'm sure they're aware of them.
