There are two things that needed corrected: the shower leaks along the glass partition and gets the floor outside the shower very wet. The duplex is very clean and tastefully decorated. Being a duplex, you have renters on the left (same house) and a shared patio/back yard (beach front). Our first neighbors were lovely, quiet and respectful. Our second neighbors were NOT. This is an issue as you can hear everything through the walls. Actual conversations, etc. There were 4 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant next to us (sharing 850 sq. ft.) and this was so bad and loud? We left a day early. It completely changed the vibe. The screens on the outdoor patio are in pretty bad shape and need replacing. Other than that? It was perfect! Lol... We would definitely come again IF we knew we could have peace and quiet with our neighbors...but I have no idea how you can know this in advance? ##### Kevin S.
