Welcome to Fairwinds, the perfect vacation getaway! This spot has everything you need for a relaxing escape, starting with a tropical backyard that’s straight out of a dream. Picture yourself lounging by the sparkling pool (with a swim-up table!), soaking in the hot tub, or grilling up something tasty in the outdoor kitchen. With four cozy bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and just a short walk to the breathtaking Gulf beaches, you’ve got the ideal setup for making unforgettable memories.  
  
The living area is bright, open, and super inviting, with comfy seating and French doors that lead out to a stunning second-floor patio. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for whatever you’re cooking up, with lots of counter space and an island for quick snacks. Gather around the dining table for meals, then take your dessert out to the balcony to enjoy the breeze on plush outdoor seating.  
  
The primary bedroom is a dreamy retreat, complete with its own private balcony for catching the ocean breeze and a nice walk-in closet. The spa-like ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower to help you unwind in style. The second bedroom has a chill coastal vibe and its own private balcony, while the third bedroom lets you fall asleep to the sound of rustling palms. The fourth bedroom is great for kids, with room to play and plenty of charm. And if you need extra space, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa ready to go.

Primary Suite (2nd Floor):   
King bed with private balcony access, a flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.  
  
Second Bedroom (3rd Floor):   
Queen bed with smart TV and direct access to a private patio  
  
Third Bedroom (3rd Floor):   
Queen bed and smart TV.  
  
Fourth Bedroom (3rd Floor): Two twin beds and smart TV. Ideal for kids or extra guests  
  
Now let’s talk about the backyard—it’s a showstopper. The pool has a swim-up tiki table (hello, vacation vibes!), and there’s a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. The covered patio has tons of seating and an outdoor kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a bar area that’s perfect for entertaining.   
  
For fun, the game room has everything from ping pong and foosball to corn-hole, Connect Four, and even axe throwing. You’ll never run out of things to do here!

Points forts : Propreté

This was our second trip to Anna Maria Island and this rental was a great stay for our family of 6\. Easy walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Lots of "extras" provided to use - floaties, beach chairs, wagon, coolers, etc. More amenities than we have had at other vacation rentals. Seamless check in/check out. We hope to return again and will definitely check to see if this rental is available when we do.
