The condo is right on the beach and the view is spectacular! Being able to watch the sunsets right from the balcony was amazing. The condo is spacious and a quick walk to the beach and pool. This condo could be 5 stars but it definitely needs some things addressed. There was a broken chair (this appears to have been mentioned almost a year ago in a review) and it is still broken along with curtains along the slider. It appears that the entire condo could use a deep cleaning as it just seemed dingy in many areas. Also for the amount of money paid it would be nice to have a few better starter items like a tissue box. It was perfect for our needs. 2 king beds was a plus. There were a few maintenance items that could use attention ( loose chair leg, lightbulbs out, etc and we left a note for management) but we highly recommend this condo. FYI There were some some broken chairs and boogie board in the outside closet you probably want to throw away. We brought our own so it wasn’t a problem. We are grateful to have been able to stay at this restful place. ##### Julie H. The location on the beach meant steps to the beach for walking along the water and seating on the balcony for enjoying the waves and the sunsets. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more! There were plenty of towels and a washer and dryer to freshen them when we needed. The condo is located right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the sand and water. The open concept of the condo was perfect for our family to hang out at the end of a beach day. The pool area was nice with a view of the ocean. The communication with the rental agency was easy they promptly answered any questions I had. ##### Susan F. Well, we got lucky. They had a cancellation and we had time. What a treat to see AMI and Holmes beach for the first time. Sometimes pictures oversell the location and in this case it did not. Condo is second floor on the beach. I forgot sandals. . it did not matter... barefoot all week. Mattress is always a key for me. All were fabulous as were the linens. Pool is very nice.
