Enjoy cooking together in the full kitchen, all set up with full-size appliances and a breakfast bar for two guests to enjoy a casual meal. Central air conditioning will ensure that everyone stays cool, and the ground floor setting ensures that no one will have to deal with stairs. A cheerful, beachy theme throughout the condo will set a wonderful tone throughout your entire stay.

Perfect Villa

The villa was spotless, we had everything that we needed. The unit had plenty of pillows and blanket. We were the only guests at the property and we had the pool to ourselves. The location was great and ami will always be my happy place.

The place was clean, and organized. The location is great and the pool was also nice. The whole building is well maintained. Only two remarks. A second bathroom and a private washer and dryer would make this place perfect.

Condo was excellent but when the kids where playing in the pool some neighbors where complaining because they want to read book by the pool so that was annoying kids want to have fun and they where not even that loud

The villa was nice and easy walk to the beach with kids. The only downside to me and I didn't notice when I was looking for a place to rent was a shared washer and dryer. And it was coin washer.

The unit is lovely, private with zero neighbor noise and all appliances work . Utility drawer with knives and such needs updating- no sharp knives or cutting utensils. The bathroom is fine, but water pressure is very low. I think the location is perfect even though it is a very short stroll to the beach- I think the beach is lovelier than any other Florida beach.

Girls Trip

Last minute girls trip to Anna Maria for some R&R. So excited to have found this gem…Villa 1B. The Villa was absolutely perfect. So peaceful, clean, spacious and adorably decorated. It took just a couple minutes to get from the Villa to the beach. A couple breezy days, we sat by the pool! We will be back!

Place was very cute and wonderful location to beach. However there was NO toilet paper upon arrival nor beach chairs. Toilet paper finally was brought to us Thursday... beach chairs had to be rented. A beach villa should certainly supply beach chairs as all the villas around our unit did have them. Definitely rent a car if you want to visit around to other keys. The location to beach and the beach itself was amazing!

Wonderful!

Condo was very clean, decorated beautiful, had everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach. Check in/Check out was smooth. We look forwarding to returning in the future
