One of the larger homes on the island, with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and 3400 sq. ft, this home has plenty of room for large groups to be together and not feel overcrowded. It has a combination of beautiful furnishings, tile and hardwood floors, crown moldings, granite countertops and all the amenities one could desire for their tropical island vacation. Situated on a unique small lake on the island, this location offers something for everyone. There is a heated pool with swim up tiki hut and a spa. There are 3 separate balcony areas all with great views of everything from the pool and lake to the Gulf water. The main balcony off the living area is oversized and will be perfect for that large family meal outdoors overlooking the pool and lake. The garage is spacious and can easily hold 2 cars. There is parking for 3-4 additional cars outside. There is a ping-pong table for the kids and adults to enjoy. The covered pool lanai offers a bar which includes stools, sink, refrigerator, a smart TV and a large farm table with benches- the perfect 'hang out' vacation spot! Come and enjoy all the luxury tropical island vacation home has to offer. The open concept living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen, dining and hall areas. It features a custom entertainment center on the main wall with a large smart TV and shelves full of books and movies for your enjoyment. A spacious sectional and additional chairs offer plenty of seating for all. A spacious third level accommodates a bonus kids lounge with convertible sofa and a chair, a smart TV, a DVD player and an XBox. The upstairs lounge leads to a large balcony with breathtaking views of Clark Lake and the Gulf in the distance. The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all needed accessories, including pots and cooking utensils. The kitchen island offers ample seating for seven, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage in the cabinets to satisfy the most discriminating cook. Two large dining tables provide plenty of seating for a large party. The main level has a master suite with king size bed, walk-in closet and a large private balcony. There is also a smart TV and a DVD player. The second level has 5 bedrooms. The 2nd master suite and two more bedrooms have king beds. The 5th bedroom has a set of double beds and the 6th bedroom has 2 twin beds. There also is a queen size convertible sofa located in the bonus kids lounge area on the 3rd level. With the exception of the twin bedroom, all bedrooms have smart TVs. The upstairs lounge has a smart TV, a DVD player and Xbox station with several installed games. There are 4.5 bathrooms. There is a half bath on the main level next to the living room. All the other bathrooms are en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom, with two bedrooms sharing a large bathroom in a Jack-and-Jill style set up. The main level master bath has a spacious shower, while the upstairs master bath has a soaking tub in addition to a shower of the same size. All bathrooms are outfitted with tile, granite countertops, beautiful fixtures and fine linens. There are also hotel style bath amenities in each bathroom including soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and 2 rolls of bathroom tissue. The outside area, surrounded by a privacy fence and lush landscaping, has plenty of space for a large group to hang out and relax at a pool party. There is a spacious pool deck with plenty of lounge chairs and a large farmhouse table with benches under the poolside lanai. The outdoor bar features granite countertops, a smart TV, Weber grill, sink, refrigerator and bar stools. Around the corner, an outdoor shower with hot/cold water provides a convenient way to rinse off after the beach or pool. There are two large balconies providing outstanding views of the lake, the island as well as views of the Gulf of Mexico waters. An oversized deck off the main living area with a huge farmhouse table and benches offers a wonderful setting for alfresco meals. It overlooks the pool and has a beautiful view of the lake. The focal point of the yard is a beautiful, heated tropical pool with a waterfall, spa and a swim-up Tiki Bar. The pool also features several sitting areas and a shallow area for younger kids. \*\*Please note! Pool heater in our home is locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. The pool temperature is set 84 to 91 degrees. Please note, if cold days or nights occur water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold (below 50). While we take every precaution to ensure that pool is heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. The spa attached to the pool is NOT a hot tub. The temperature of the spa is the same as that of the pool but it can be temporarily increased to 104 degrees. Guests should not expect hot tub like temperatures for the spa. In the event of pool equipment malfunctions during your stay, we will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close the swimming pool for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions or loss of use of equipment or amenities. I was looking forward to a spring break with these junior boys, and it did not disappoint! I personally stayed in the main level and the boys were all upstairs. It was a perfect house for our group. The teenagers had just enough of their own space to get alone time, but also it was easy to hang out together and play cards sit at the pool grill out and make big breakfast for all of the boys some nights. I would have six of the boys over and three adult friends, and there was more than enough room in the house for all of us.. The house was very well taken care of. I interacted with Anna the owner multiple times for different reasons and she was attentive and kind. I met her and her husband and they were amazing.!! Everything in the house is very well taken care of and clean. I ordered Instacart from Publix the first day and then again on the second and third day and everything came fast. This part of the island is further from downtown where I like to stay so we used our golf cart every day.! The house is a short walk to the beach and the view is stunning!!!I recommend everything about this house from the pool to the hot tub, the shaded area for the boys who sunburned easily the outdoor grilling area where we could watch the national championship games and the two large common tables for us to play poker and eat together.overall 10 out of 10 perfect house-perfect hosts and the perfect vacation! Anna did an amazing job making repairs and getting the property ready after the hurricanes. She was forward and honest with all communication prior to our trip and she was available for questions and help during our stay. Our favorite spot was the salt water pool - - perfect shallow landing for the 3yo and 1yo, with attached hot tub for the adults (of course, not when the children were in the pool). . . easy access to the beach with supplied beach cart to move chairs and umbrellas and toy. Having bedrooms with separate bathrooms was a plus. Well stocked kitchen and house.I highly recommend Emerald Seas ##### DOUGLAS B. Quality pool and spa with bar area - gas grill was very clean. Less than 5 min walk (straight shot) to the beach. VRBO staff and property manager all responded quickly to any questions. We had a great time at Emerald Seas. The house is beautiful and was big enough for all of us (there were 12 of us). Large open kitchen, large bedrooms, well stocked all around. Excellent size and spacious for our 2 families (total of 10 people). The pool was excellent and it being shaded was key after some full sun hours on the beach each day. Owner was excellent to communicate with throughout the whole process. Very responsive and super helpful and accommodating! The location was perfect with the beach access at the end of the street. First trip to AMI and we will definitely come again for sure! ##### Scott K. The house is beautiful! Well maintained and clean. Plenty of towels, soaps and other household item. The pool and outside area is magnificent. The kitchen is well equipped. The host responded to our questions quickly. We gave it a 5 out of 5 stars for everything except location only because our personal Preference is to be a little closer to the beach. ##### Donald J. So many small details- like extra hooks in every bathroom; 2 ice makers in the fridge; plenty of glasses, plates, silverware, kitchen towels, pots and pans, etc for a large group; and beach and pool equipment. There were also many baby items that we noticed, even though we did not need to use them. Our family had a fabulous stay here! ##### John R. Would have liked a little warmer weather but the pool was heated so the kids didn’t care. We rented a wagon to pull the toddlers to the beach. If you have little ones, would recommend renting a wagon to take them and the beach toys to the beach. The beach was beautiful and the kids loved building sand castles. The location and the house were just amazing! Anna Maria Island is lovely! Would highly recommend for a family vacation. Had a great time and would come back. ##### nancy B. Everything about this property was an amazing fit for our family. The house, the location to the beach and the amenities that were included were more than we could ask for. We had eight adults and three children in our group and everyone had their own space. The house was laid out great, well equipped and very clean. We cooked, grilled, had pool time daily and had everything we needed for the beach right there at the house. AMI is the perfect place for families and we would absolutely stay in this house again. Good mattresses too. Not disappointed with anything and the pictures were an accurate representation of what you get. Worth every penny for the lifetime of memories that were made here! Very clean and was perfect for a large group. Pool was really nice. Only complaint would be lack of sun by the pool, but it’s perfect for kids and when you want a lot of sun just head to the beach!!! We had several families and there was enough space for everyone. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the island. Close walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart so it was easy to get around. We Loved the pool area with the bar, large table and lounge chairs. The garage area also has a ping pong table and a foosball table which was enjoyed by the kids.
