The house is older but the kitchen has been updated and is incredibly well-stocked with nice pots/pans/dishes/utensils. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are not updated. The windows/glass doors are older and get drafty so temperatures vary from guest bedrooms to Master bedroom which has double glass doors and faces the gulf.
