Sitting directly on the white sand of Holmes Beach, Beach Life is a show-stopper. This rental is a beachfront home that offers guests a true “old-Florida” feel in its eccentric aesthetic and décor. With room for four and a private pool, you and your friends and family simply can’t get a more fun Florida feel than Beach Life At The Pointe! When you arrive at Beach Life At the Pointe, there are several things you’ll first notice – the bright colors of the rental, the large “backyard” area, and of course, the fact that it sits literally on the beach. As an added bonus, a private heated pool and hot tub have been added in late 2023 When you walk into the home’s common living area, you’ll see the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The kitchen is updated with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a lovely breakfast bar. The living room is large and features a large blue sectional couch and extra armchair, both of which sit on top of unique, tropical wood flooring. The dining room is just across from the living room and offers guests a large dining table with seating for six. There is an additional dining space in the home with a natural wood dining table and chairs for six. Not only does this home sit right on the beach but you have your own private pool that allows you to swim while enjoying the view of the waves. The home was stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Besides the location to the beach, thithis property was located within walking distance to the grocery and some local shopping and a short drive distance to some wonderful restaurants.
