Become one with nature as soothing ocean waves gently lap and crash against our beach shoreline, whispering in your ears. See extraordinary sunsets almost every evening. Breathtaking sunsets, strolls along the white, sandy beach, and the direct Gulf view are only a few of the perks of spending your vacation in this comfortable beachfront condo. Savor the warm, salty breeze as you relax on the lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Soak up the sun and listen to the waves in a lounge chair or build sandcastles on the beach. This comfortably appointed two-bedroom, two-bath + den direct Gulf front condo is in a small 12-unit complex - no crowds, just a quiet, peaceful beach with sea oats, dolphins, terns, gulls, pelicans shorebirds, sometimes a few old-time fishing boats, and even a few rare shorebirds such as American Oyster Catchers or Black Skimmers. When you take a break from the beach, you can appreciate the spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Or cozy up with a book in the den. Enjoy meals indoors from your dining area with exquisite Gulf Views. Step onto the lanai for even better views or outdoor dining beachside. The two bedroom suites, each with a dressing area, bathroom, and street-side balcony, are the perfect place to rest after a long day in the sun. The master bedroom suite has a queen-size bed, TV and a desk for your computer. The second bedroom suite has two twin beds and a TV. The lovely den has a full- size sleeper sofa, a comfortable armchair and a flat-screen TV on the wall. Professional linen service provides the bed and bath linens as well as beach towels. This was our first time on Anna Maria island and it was a great location. The island is very laid back and not overflowing with tourists. The condo was just enough space for the 5 of us. The back patio with a door down to the beach was very handy. You’re literally only about 20 yards away from setting up your chairs. The unit had plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and a couple other things. No sand toys but we bought some and left them there for the next family to use. Our interactions with the property management company were very professional and polite. Check-in was easy and your parking spot is directly below the unit by maybe 20 steps. Kitchen had almost everything we needed minus a pizza cutter. Cleanliness was great until we found a few roaches. In the south they like to call these “palmetto bugs” but they’re technically a type of roach. The first few were dead or nearly dead since they treated the week before. Two of them were alive and moving around when I found them. Hopefully they get that figured out (plan was to treat again after us). That was a pretty disappointing circumstance given how great everything else was. ##### Geoff G.
