"I would normally give this an exceptional rating, but we had a small/large issue with our room. The base of the toilet leaked every time we flushed the toilet! It was luckily never brown or gross looking, but still pretty gross as a principle. Sadly no compensation was offered, just to move rooms. We didn’t definitively notice this was happening until we had already been there a day secondary to thinking my kids were just making a mess with the sink and shower. I was a bit disappointed...

"Staff was able to let me check in early which i really appreciated. Free parking is another great benefit. The general, immediate area is a little barren (but that's Burbank) - but location was very convenient to where i was going. Rooms are nice, but not fancy. "
