"Ana at the front desk was so very helpful and kind. When we checked in the room we were given wasn't what we had reserved, so Ana went out of her way to be sure we had a room with a marina view, which was the only reason we were there. It made our stay just exactly what we were looking for."

"Clean, quiet, had a good time at the pool. The included breakfast was a nice surprise. I may have missed it but didn’t know that parking would be $10 a day. The rooms were nice, bathrooms were clean. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, iron, safe, etc. the hotel is connected to a restaurant and that was nice as well. "

"Haley was outstanding. In fact She was the reason we stayed! I incorrectly chose the wrong room and had no clue until i went to check-in. When asked if they had other options to for me, And someone in the back, said "no" quickly. I went outside to look for other hotels when Haley waived me back inside. She let me know that she had double checked to confirm other options and in-fact, one was left . She saved the day, got me a room. And I made to an important business conference with much less stress going into it thanks to her! "
