Very attentive staff! Resturaunt was surprisingly good! The facility is a little older but very well maintained.

Overall a nice hotel. The free wifi is decent, the connection drops every now and then, but does the job. The room is very clean and the bed is very soft. The restaurant food was good too.

We had bed bugs. Management moved us and next day when we asked for a refund they said they couldn't prove there were bed bugs so no refund. Tried to justify it to say they probably aren't bed bugs and just cockroaches. There were 4 people in the room after a late flight who were exhausted. bugs under pillows and on us. It was awful. Poor service. Disappointed in this Hilton Garden Inn. I'd never stay there again. No matter what type of bugs we should have been refunded.

great pre cruise hotel

Pros: Location, pool area, great customer service
Location: Safe feeling area near restaurants, shopping, airport and cruiseport
Great hotel with nice pool area, near last minute shopping before cruise and restaurants. I am a travel consultant and I recommend this to many of my clients.

Third stay most as expected, good location great shops and even more coming soon as a huge complex is being built next door. Only down fall the room I requested through expedia I wasn't able to get and had settle lower floor facing the blank lot. But everything else was great.

needed to stay on night before leaving for cruise- Picked it because it's a Hilton and had on site restaurant - they have free shuttle to & from the airport - worked seamlessly - just a couple of miles away- friendly staff - good clean hotel- limited restaurant selection But w/ good food

Close to the airport with a shuttle for guests. We got in at 1:30 in the morning and the shuttle arrived within 8 minutes. Room was comfortable and clean. The room was a little pricier than we normally pay but wanted a safe area with direct shuttle. We were discounted in the morning when we told the desk staff we were only there for 6 hours. We'll be back!
