Welcome to this private oasis, a chic and stylish bedroom with its own entrance and private bathroom.   
  
Conveniently located 18 minutes from FLL airport, 12 minutes from The Hard Rock Guitar Hotel and Casino, 12 minutes from The Hard Rock Stadium, 20 minutes from Hollywood Beach, 20 minutes from Las Olas and Downtown Ft. Lauderdale, 30 minutes from Miami and South Beach.  
  
Your designated parking spot awaits on-site, with added security provided via a coded gate and coded door entry.   
  
The spacious bedroom exudes modern elegance with gold and blue decor. Equipped with a personal split A/C unit, blackout curtains, a cozy king-size Sterns and Foster mattress, a two-chair dinette table, a work desk, ample lighting, and a ceiling fan for comfort.  
  
The upgraded bathroom features a rainfall shower head, massage jets, and complimentary toiletries. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion are available for you. In the vanity, you will find a hair dryer, vanity mirror and a first aid kit for your convenience.   
  
The spacious closet offers extra covers, pillows, towels, iron, iron board, games, and exercise equipment.
