Located on South Shore Drive in Surf City, this home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, with shopping, the pier, and local restaurants just a short walk away. As you step into 908D, you'll be welcomed by a bright and open living space designed for comfort and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and bar seating, making it an ideal spot for casual dining or morning coffee. The cozy living area, complete with a flat-screen TV, a small dining table, and a leather power recline sofa, invites you to unwind while enjoying stunning ocean views. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the private beachfront deck, where you'll find comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table—perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying an al fresco meal. A few steps down, and you're right on the sand. The first bedroom, located on the main level, offers a queen bed and a TV, with easy access to a full bathroom in the hallway. Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience. Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge. Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean. Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles.
