Nestled in a private townhome community, this charming retreat provides a relaxing atmosphere for your coastal getaway. The townhome community features a private beach access and a community pool for guests to enjoy. Step inside this cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome to discover a welcoming space with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. The first floor of this townhome offers 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. It also offers a covered balcony with patio furniture and a swing so that you can enjoy the views while you are sipping on your coffee or a glass of wine. The second bedroom offers a double bed and a private bathroom. The laundry area with a washer & dryer is conveniently located in the hallway. On the second floor, you'll discover the living room, a well equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. Off of the living room you will find a sliding glass door that leads out to the open balcony. From the balcony you can enjoy stunning sunset views or a view of the Surf City High Rise Bridge in the distance. Amenities Include: Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living area Balconies with outdoor furniture Outdoor enclosed shower under carport with hot & cold water Washer/Dryer Wifi Carport area will allow up to 2 vehicles, with addtional parking on a first come, first serve basis Bed & bath linens provided - Upon arrival you will find clean bed & bath linens in a linen bag at the property. For an additional fee beds can be made, please contact our office to schedule this extra service at least a week before arrival. Maximum Occupancy is 6 guests. No Smoking! The unit was extremely clean, comfortable & quiet, the kitchen was perfectly appointed, great proximity to the beach, and just enough space for our family of four. We gave it 4 stars vs 5 (& honestly it was a 4.5!) only due to the outdoor shower - the shower head is too low to comfortably use (even for my 12 year olds) & pools to standing water that never cleared, making the surrounding area & parking slab slippery & constantly wet. We love ourselves an outdoor shower, but if this isn’t as important to you - this place is 5 stars. ##### Britt A.
