From a one mile walk down the sand to bars, restaurants and shops, to being only a one minute walk to the beach, relaxation is yours! An entire floor to ceiling window wall illuminates the comfy living spaces, and the pristine white kitchen invites you to make yourself at home. Ground Level: covered parking for 2 cars below unit, community pool, exterior covered stairs to Level 2 Property Level: we are a one story condo on the first floor Living Room: Queen pull out sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, soft side chair & ottoman, smart TV, ceiling fan, sliding doors to covered porch Porch: Ocean View and Pool View, 2 pub table vignettes seating 6 Kitchen: granite countertops, oversize stainless steel sink, refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, fully equipped for making simple meals at home, kitchen bar counter seats 3\.
