Easily prepare your favorite snacks with the essential appliances including a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Drift off to sleep in the private bedroom featuring soft, soothing colors and a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring you get the best possible sleep after a day full of adventure! Please note, that this unit is located on the ground level of the home and there may be occasional noise if there are renters. This is a private efficiency with a separate driveway and there is no access to the house or its amenities. The only shared amenity is the enclosed outdoor shower. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. (1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth. ISPM also provides our guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and may not be enough for a week's stay.
