This second floor beachfront condo complex at Queens Grant serves as your all-in-one ocean retreat destination. Guests staying at “Tide-the-Knot" have the privilege of relishing the oceanfront setting with private beach access and full access to the clubhouse amenities, which include a fireplace, kitchenette, lounge area, pool, locker rooms, playground, basketball hoop, boat launch/storage, and a day dock. This tranquil, recently renovated condo comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Thoughtfully adorned, the condo provides all the essentials for an enjoyable beach vacation. Upon entering, a small foyer leads to the laundry room on the right, while the rest of the condo is accessible through a hallway to the left. The modern well-equipped kitchen, complete with bar seating, is perfect for socializing with the chef. A dining table with seating for eight is situated directly in front of the kitchen. The living area at the rear of the condo features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and sliding doors opening to the oceanfront deck. Additionally, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The two bedrooms are located to the right of the living area. The master bedroom, positioned on the ocean side, boasts a king bed, sliding doors leading to the oceanfront deck, and a private en suite full bathroom. At the opposite end of the hallway, the second bedroom offers two twin bunk beds and private access to the soundside deck. An additional full bathroom is conveniently situated in the hallway between the two bedrooms. This property offers the luxury of two splendid decks—one with ocean views and the other with sound views—allowing you to savor both sunrise and sunset from the comfort of your condo. The slow non flashy atmosphere is our favorite. This condo is our new favorite to rent. The location is perfect to town or the southern tip of the island. The ocean side view and deck is gorgeous. Perfect for the sunrise. The back deck view of the sound is beautiful perfect for the sunsets. The classy decorating, the inviting bedroom, the fluffy bath towels, the big soft beach towels, the beach chairs, the beach umbrella, the beach Shinumi, the blankets, the books, the games, the coffee latte or hot chocolate, the beautiful kitchen glasses and the polywood deck chairs. So many things that enhance a beautiful beach experience. My husband and I travel often and had high expectations for this place - and it surpassed every hope we had. I’m so glad we chose to splurge to stay here. Gorgeous decor, modern and well maintained - the unit is even better in person. So many extras made for a comfortable stay - with laundry detergent, an amply stocked kitchen, soaps, beach toys and chairs, abundant towels and blankets. It was still family friendly and easy to child proof. (My kids loved having 2 sets of bunk beds!)What a gorgeous, extra rental. The unit was quiet, the beach was nearly empty (even in the first week of August). And waking up with the sunrise and ocean views at our window… it was paradise.Iris and Chip, thank you for permitting us to rent your little slice of paradise!!! What a gem. Anything we needed was already there. The house is gorgeous, everything looks brand new and high end, and it’s all so comfortable and stylish! It fit our family of 6 very easily. The view out the windows/sliding doors is a million dollar view of the ocean. The condo’s pool and sunset view on the other side of the street was great too.
