COMMUNITY POOL OPEN MEMORIAL DAY - SEPTEMBER 9 ONLY. Sea Star Village is an idyllic destination for those looking to relax in an island atmosphere! This end unit features four bedrooms and provides breathtaking ocean views, along with close proximity to beach access. Outside, guests will find covered parking available for three cars and an enclosed outdoor shower. Upon entering the ground floor, the foyer provides plenty of space for shoes and towels, along with resilient tile flooring. The first floor hosts a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as three bedrooms. The master suite is equipped with a wall-mounted TV, direct access to a deck, and an adjoining full bathroom featuring a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, along with a TV. The third bedroom offers access to the deck and a view of the pool. Venturing upstairs, one will discover an open and airy kitchen and living area boasting high ceilings, recessed lighting, and tasteful decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a tiled backsplash. The spacious central island with bar seating serves as an ideal gathering spot after a day at the beach. Adjacent to the kitchen is a designated dining area for evening meals. The living area features a large flat-screen TV and seating that overlooks the sliding glass doors. The second floor also accommodates the fourth bedroom, complete with an attached bathroom offering double vanities and a tiled walk-in shower. The bedroom on the top floor includes a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and direct access to the deck. Residents of Sea Star Village enjoy a community pool and convenient beach access. Centrally located in Surf City, Sea Star Village is easily accessible from both Wilmington and Jacksonville. Additional Property Information: Sea Star Village rentals only provide parking for 3 vehicles. Sea Star Village pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to last weekend in August. Dates are subject to change depending on weather & HOA. Easy beach access which features a wooden ramp (roll easy/no steps) which is great for taking supplies and small children down to the beach. Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises. No Pets - No pets allowed by tenants on the premises. Located near Surf City Line Taco Restaurant and Bar with an outside entertainment area. They often have local bands on Saturday afternoons or early evenings in the Summer. Revival Surf City - recently opened bar and restaurant located across the street, with an amazing Sunday brunch and live music, DJ and Trivia nights. The Hula Bar & Restaurant is also located across the road from the complex.
