Also, this home includes 3 king master suites, bunk room with private bath, and a ground floor bunk room, so there’s plenty of space for several generations. You’ll enjoy hardwood floors throughout this reverse floorplan duplex, which puts the living and dining on the top floor. You will get the best views of the beach, and the Surf City Pierfrom this floor. The open concept living and dining space includes a modern kitchen with granite counters, a dining table that seats 10 with room for four more at the counter. The comfortable living room is brightly lit by sliders that lead to an oceanfront covered porch, where you can dine outside and catch the breezes. You'll love the outdoor spaces here, as well.
