This nicely furnished and attractively decorated 3 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condo located in Queens Grant, is the perfect place for your 'Beach Time.'

Living and Dining:

Enjoy one level living with an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. Relax in the comfortable sun lit living room and enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the large oceanfront wall of windows and sliding door. The classic kitchen comes equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay. The dining table seats 6 with room for four more at the counter, or take your meals outside on the deck, which you access from the living room.

Location: 

Your vacation rental is located in the heart of Topsail Beach and just 5 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, you can walk to the gift shops,restaurants and Jolly Roger Pier. Also, don't overlook a trip to the nearby Missiles& More Museum while you're here and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospitalon the mainland.

Queens Grant provides access to the community swimming pool, boat ramp and day dock within a minute walking distance.

The Queens Grant swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (dates subject to change depending on weather & HOA).  

The community boat dock area is for loading and unloading boats only. Boats cannot be left at the dock for any length of time. 

Parking for 2 vehicles under the unit. Additional parking is provided in the visitors parking area.

Awesome Mother's Day Weekend

This place was very nice and very clean. I only stayed for the weekend but wish I could have stayed longer. It is right on the beach and there is an amazing view from the living room and the master bedroom. I would definitely recommend this place!

Very relaxing

The property was exactly as described. Beachfront with a large deck. Very clean. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The ONLY complaint we have is that the queen mattress in the main bedroom was very firm and uncomfortable. The other queen bed was better, but only slightly.

Beautiful location, horrible condo

The location being right on the ocean was by far the best thing about this condo, everything else was terrible. The unit was dirty (even after we paid for the “cleaning crew”), there was food on the kitchen floor, dead flys on the carpet, and every single dish/piece of silverware pulled from the kitchen was filthy dirty and had to be washed before using. The couches in the living room and cushions on the kitchen chairs were so disgustingly stained that we had to put sheets and towels over them to feel comfortable sitting on them. The trim in the bathroom was falling off of the wall, the curtains were falling off the tracks, and the rugs were really dirty. The entire unit needs to be updated, the wall hangings weren’t even hanging straight on the walls. For the amount of money spent on this condo, we were extremely disappointed. We have been staying at Queen’s Grant for many years and this has by far been the worst experience. I literally did not sit on the couch the entire week!

Worked Well Enough For Beach/Ocean Front Location

Overall, this property served it's purpose which was a quiet property directly on the beach with an unobstructed view of the water. The primary issue we experienced was the power going out in the middle of the night while we were up watching movies. The After Hours line was very slow to respond despite power outages being listed as one of their defined emergency situations. I waited for almost 20 minutes on hold before a rude woman answered and eventually said there was nothing they could do before we checked out the next day. Due to the power being out in the unit and the need to charge my mother's medical devices we had to leave in a hurry the next morning and we're able to follow all of the checkout procedures. I received a call in the morning saying someone would come by before we left but no one ever came and I never received any follow up to my concerns. It appears our unit was the only unit affected and definitely put a damper on the last night & morning of the trip. More empathetic and responsive communication would have made a huge difference vs "oh well...there's nothing we can do." Other disappointments were the living room furniture was dated and stained so we covered both couches with the extra quilts in the closets. The kitchen table chairs were also stained from obvious over use. The kitchen was fairly well appointed but they could definitely stand to replace the 2 sauté pans with updated non-stick versions. The mattresses were very comfy and the bathrooms looked newly renovated. Water temp in the guest bathroom wasn't great but the rooms were spacious and the floor plan worked for the 4 of us. The unit length deck was also very nice. No frills here and the communication in times of an emergency left much to be desired but a great waterfront view.

Short getaway

This property was perfect for us! The best part was the deck facing the ocean....it was spacious and was quick access to the beach. We spent most of our time there drinking coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. This property could use a facelift but overall it was a good rent. I’d recommend it for sure!

Amazing Oceanfront Condo

As soon as you walk in the door all you see is the beach and ocean. The condo was clean and up to date with all the essentials. We spent most of our time on the deck catching up with family while taking in the gorgeous views and the sounds of the ocean. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Vacation Experience

Our group really enjoyed our stay at “Beach Time 107” the past two weeks. The accommodations were great for our party of four. * The beach front location is fabulous and the beach was exceptionally clean. * This early in the year (April) it felt like we had our own private beach. * It was great to walk out the sliding doors to the deck and be able to head directly to the beach from the deck. We spent a lot of time on the deck. * The unit definitely met our expectations. The unit is nicely furnished and has a well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of dinnerware, utensils, cookware, etc. * The various communications (text and email) from property management company were super helpful. * We really appreciated the super-fast response to our service requests/issues. * The cities of Topsail Beach, Surf City, and North Topsail Beach are extremely clean and well maintained. Overall, a great beach vacation experience!

This place was exactly what I expected! It was such a nice location and had a really laid back feel. It was so convenient to be able to walk right out on the beach with 3 kids. We will for sure stay here again if we visit this area for vacation. We all loved it.

Millis Mens Retreat

Our overall experience was very good. The only issue I think that myself and guest was the quality of kitchen utensils, and the lack of items such as dishwasher detergent and quality trash bags. Also, maybe a better description of appliances such as coffee maker, we weren't sure whether to bring pods or filters and loose coffee. It would also have been good if you could have told us about the beach refurbishing that took place late into the night.
