(No cats or other pets allowed) 2\. Only 1 dog, must be under 40lbs. 3\. Must be housebroken without history of accidents. 4\. No excessive barking and destructive behavior when left alone. 5\. Doesn’t chew and/or scratch doors, furniture, carpets, linens, etc. 6\. Dog is treated with Advantage, or similar flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Dogs are permitted only if arranged in advance. The addition of any other dog is prohibited without prior approval. The pet owner is solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by their dog. To bring a dog, guest(s) must agree to the following terms: • Guests agree to keep their dog under control at all times and leashed when outside. • Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by their dog. • Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by their dog. • If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented, reported to the guest, and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s) credit card on file. • Guests agree that their dog is housebroken. • All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. We stayed at Dragonfly for almost a week during a big Daytona Beach event. It was great to only be 15 minutes from the speedway, but in a much quieter and walkable part of town. Less than a block away, we were able to walk by beautiful waterfront homes along the inlet. In regards to the house, it was super clean and cozy-and plenty of space for us to hang out comfortably. There were so many thoughtful touches already there at the house like snacks and cold beverages in the fridge! The living room was a cool place to gather with plenty of comfy seating and plenty of options to watch on TV. The kitchen was also a nice place to gather with a large kitchen table, bar top counters, and all you'd need to make a nice cup of coffee or meal, if you chose to stay in!The bedrooms were also spacious- and the beds were comfy, stocked with plenty of quality pillows and blankets. It was nice to have our own bathroom in the master suite. Debbie was a super responsive host available for any questions I had during our stay. We'll definitely be staying here the next time we are in Daytona Beach!
