This home, Cloud Nine, is owned and managed by Super Luxury Home Rentals and completed construction in March 2024\. It is finished with high end furnishing from Restoration Hardware, Thuma, Samsung, and more. It is fully stocked and equipped to feed, entertain, and comfortably accommodate 28 people in permanent beds (ie - no pull outs, trundle bed, or back aches in this house). Six bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and all have blackout shades and ceiling fans which means you can make the most of the vacation and sleep in as late as you want! Take three steps up off parking right in front of the house into the main lighted entrance and look through the home to take in the lake views. Into the home the foyer has two bedrooms, the first is a primary bedroom Thuma king size bed, memory foam mattress, sit-to-stand desk with private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has another Thuma king size bed, memory foam mattress, and en-suite bathroom that is accessible from both the bedroom and the hall. Down the hall to the back of the house is the fully stocked kitchen for 28 with quartz countertops, a 6' circle Restoration Hardware dining table seating 12, and countertop seating for 9 more. The living room is right off the dining area and has a large sectional couch that takes in the lake views, enjoys the fireplace, and be entertained on the 85" TV. Out the sliding glass door to the lighted patio there is a Weber grill, 14' of outdoor dining tables and chairs to accommodate sixteen people. The LED patio lights provide the perfect atmosphere for relaxing in the hot tub or having dinner with a view. Heading to the loft level there are two more bedrooms; the third is a primary bedroom with another Thuma king size bed, sit-to-stand desk and chair, and a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. The fourth bedroom is our premiere bunk room that has 4 triple bunk beds that sleeps 12 comfortably and has a private en-suite bathroom with tub & shower. In the hallway between bedrooms there is a laundry closet with a stackable Samsung washer & dryer for convenience. Down in the basement there is a family room with a ping pong table, collection of classic arcade games, pop-a-shot, shuffle board, an infinity board game, and a sectional couch oriented to another 85" TV. Down the hall there is full bathroom with shower, a main laundry closet with a second set of washer & dryers (Samsung top load), and 3 more bedrooms. The fifth bedroom in the home has two triple bunk beds that accommodates 6 people. The six bedroom has a Thuma king size bed with memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The seventh bedroom has another Thuma king size bed with memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom with a tub & shower. Out the sliding door from the family room there is a second lighted patio with a Aquaterra Hot Tub for 6 people and outdoor sofas & fire table. The only downsides we noticed were community related. Both pools were so heavily chlorinated that the kids eyes burned and their hair felt like straw. Also, it was a pet friendly rental, which was wonderful, but there were not any places to walk a dog. I didn’t see a single blade of grass in the entire community. We actually had to drive to a park about 10 minutes away for our dog too go to the bathroom and get a walk-in. ##### Jaimee C. The upper deck was great for drinking coffee in the morning and watching the lake and the lower deck gave a semblance of privacy. The hosts gave us enough starter supplies to last nearly the entire weekend. The only negative as it came to advertising versus reality - there was nowhere close by for pets to do their business. We had to walk quite a distance over hot asphalt to find some mulch or all the way up the hill to the community pool to find grass. This house is big enough to accommodate 3 families without us all feeling like we were on top of each other. It's also pet friendly, meaning our Corgi and our Shiba mix could come along for the vacation. Having two refrigerators came in handy as my family prefers to cook over eating out, so we brought a lot of groceries for the week.The only thing the kitchen could use was a set of measuring spoons/cups.
