Backyard has cozy pergola with outdoor grill outdoor conversation sofa and outdoor tall heater. You will also find a hammock at the pergola. From the day I booked with her, she was in constant communication and was attentive to my needs. Airbnb double charged me for cleaning and she made sure the issue was resolved. The day before arriving she asked how many people would be at the home and met all of our needs to the T. Her home is extremely comfortable, full of heart and comforts. She and her husband were available by text during our stay. They even offered essential oils for the hot tub and greeted my sister with a congratulatory greeting. She is so thoughtful, she even had cup of noodle in case we were starving on arrival. Who does that?? Thank you so much Jenny for your hospitality and outdoing yourself. Great set up and owner, Jenny, keeps place beautiful and inviting! Location-nested in beautiful and safe neighborhood. Street is clean and plenty of street parking. Parking down the street with lake! Never felt in danger and streets are walkable at night. Hollister is a small city so everything is within short 5-10 min driving distance, including Main Street and markets. Communication-Jenny and her husband are very responsive through the app and even called me when I had questions. Place-perfect layout! Entering the house, you have the living room/dining room area, and somehow there is plenty of space for a foosball table and air hockey-great for kids! Passing this, the house opens up to a beautiful kitchen small dining area and tv area/2nd living room area! One one side of the living area you have two bedrooms separated by full bathroom. Opposite side, you have master bedroom with private full bath. Perfect set up for my family. Had 9 people over and never felt overcrowded. Felt like everyone had their own space to wind down. Had full access to kitchen and washer/dryer. Garage has home gym with punching bag!
