PRIME 2025 DATES OPEN RIGHT ON THE SHORES OF TABLE ROCK LAKE. LOCATED ON BEAUTIFUL EMERALD POINTE ON TABLE ROCK LAKE AND JUST MINUTES FROM ALL THE ACTION OF BRANSON ! Our condo is very clean and well-appointed. Located in a gated community on Tablerock Lake's beautiful Emerald Pointe. New AC/furnace & sofa sleeper/rocker recliner. Beautifully decorated throughout; fully-equipped kitchen; dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, glass top range, microwave, washer, and dryer. Large dining area plus breakfast bar with bar stools. The screened glass all-weather sun porch is carpeted and has patio furniture to enjoy your leisure time. We are offering a deluxe 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Our condo has all the comforts of home. The bedrooms have a dresser and/or chest and flat screen cable TV's in the living room and both bedrooms; some with DVD. The master bath has a jetted tub. There is a new queen sofa sleeper and recliner in the living room. The condo has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, living room, and enclosed 4 season sun room with patio furniture. The living room has a large flat screen TV with DVD player, large sofa and rocker/recliner. We have a new zero entry swimming pool just 25 yards from the condo and we are only 75 yards or less from Tablerock lake, with a on site marina, courtesy dock, and convenience store just 1/2 block to the west. A fishing, boating and water sports paradise. We are also conveniently located close to all Branson attractions including Silver Dollar City, White Water Park, Showboat Branson Belle, Branson Landing, shopping centers, shows, restaurants, marinas, Tablerock Lake Dam and fish hatchery to name a few. It's a great location for any of your vacation plans, there is something for everyone. Some dates now good with 2 night minimum. From mid June to mid August we have a 6 night minimum with check in on Sat or Sun. There is a 5% discount for booking 7 or more nights. A signed contract/rental agreement and a VISA or MasterCard number will be required by the owner to book this condo. There is a one time cleaning fee of $90 to be left in the condo at check out, cash or check is acceptable. 'If tomorrow never comes'... I'll be so glad I was able to stay at this property...we stayed here during our visit to see Garth Brooks at Thunder Ridge and we couldn't have been more satisfied with this condo. So close to the event venue, we were able to avoid most of the concert traffic! And there's no better set up if you want to bring a boat! Nov 28, 2018 #### Nice place to stay with some minor flaws The condo was very nice. Difficult to get to for people with limited abililities (2 flights of steps; ground level entrance much too far away). Housekeeping could be improved (toys found under edge of couch, when looking for our own), light bulbs missing, extremely unstable bar stool, sliding glass door difficult to slide and missing blind panels. Granddaughter (6 yrs. old) immensely impressed with the patio - loved the ladybug theme! Would be great in warmer weather. 'Appreciated the abundance of towels! Most basics furnished. DVD only on main TV, not on each TV. Wifi unavailable (son is an I.T. tech and unable to connect.) Phone service limited (by 2 different services). We had a good time. Except for the minor drawbacks, would recommend this condo. Thank you. ##### Mary A.
