BRAND NEW KID CAVE w/Slide!! Summary: Lakeview Luxury is the perfect spot for your much needed vacation! This beautiful home is decorated with nautical decor to add to that luxury feel and lake house relaxation you've been desiring! It's perfect spot at the top of the neighborhood provides you with a beautiful view of Table Rock lake as you soak in those vacation vibes from the upper back deck! Then, all the many attractions Branson has to offer are just a short drive away! The Space: When you walk through the front door beautiful decor, an open floor plan, and extra little touches will make you feel right AT HOME! Vaulted ceilings make the open living room and kitchen feel that much grander! The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, a blender, crockpot, and everything you would need to cook up your favorite meals! The main level features the master bedroom with king size bed and attached bathroom including a large jetted jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower! The great thing here is ALL 4 bedrooms have KING SIZE beds to provide everyone with the most comfortable sleep as well as your own flat screen, smart TV! The first spare bedroom is also on the main level with an attached bathroom that also has access through the kitchen. All bathrooms are stocked with full size soap, shampoo, and conditioner to make packing that much easier! Then head on out to the back deck for some perfect bbq on our gas grill (propane provided!) and enjoy that beautiful LAKE VIEW year round!! Next, take the stairs down to the lower level or, if you’d rather, opt for the TUBE SLIDE that starts in the kitchen island!! This indoor slide spirals down to a soft landing mat in our one-of-a-kind KID CAVE!! The Kid Cave features rock climbing walls ready for adventure with a foam matted floor and hammocks for relaxing. Your kids will love it!! The large living area in the basement is perfect for spreading out, with air hockey, and shooting arcade game (bring your quarters!), and walks out to a screened in lower back deck!! The last 2 spare bedrooms are also on the lower level with a shared bathroom off of the living area! And one of the couches in that lower living area is a SLEEPER SOFA for those two extra guests!! This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is close to all that Branson has to offer yet removed enough to provide the relaxation you are hoping for. Right down the street is the ZERO ENTRY POOL, kids PLAYGROUND, and a gorgeous clubhouse featuring a pool table, poker table, and fitness room! Then the neighborhood hiking trail is right across the street for some nature filled adventure! We are 10 minutes from the 76 Strip and Branson Landing and only 1/4 mile from Table Rock Lake!! There is a public boat launch under 1 mile away and State Park Marina is just 8 minutes away! Guest Access: As a guest, you have access to the entire house as well as the community clubhouse which features TWO swimming pools (open seasonally), workout facility, pool table, large meeting area! The Neighborhood: For those hot summer days, we are just across the street from the NEIGHBORHOOD POOL! Close enough to grab your towel and walk on over to the clubhouse. The beautiful pool (open mid-May to late-September) features an oh-so-convenient ZERO-ENTRY, allowing you to just walk right in! There is plenty of seating for lounging in the sun or shade, as well as a SPLASH PAD that your little ones will love! For those wanting access to the lake, A PUBLIC BOAT LAUNCH IS LESS THAN A MILE AWAY! And since boats and trailers aren't allowed to be parked in the neighborhood, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located just outside the neighborhood for you to make arrangements for storage. For those NEEDING MORE SPACE, we have several other homes in the neighborhood! Book more than one to accommodate your large group! Getting Around: Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is about 23 minutes away. The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 10-15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! The property owner (Adam) is genuinely kind and it’s clear he strives to ensure a great experience. He promptly answered my questions before we arrived and checked in with us after our arrival to make sure all was well. The local property manager Brittany was also fantastic. She quickly responded when I had a question and was a huge help. Even if we didn’t love the house, our experience with Adam and Brittany alone warrants 5 stars. BUT, we did love the house! The pictures absolutely do not do it justice. It’s located within just a few minutes of Branson but is secluded enough to really enjoy the “mountain” experience. The view from the deck is gorgeous. The house is perfectly laid out to allow for adult privacy and kid supervision. Our kids loved the slide, hammocks, and games. There are lots of little extras (like a portable heater for chilly nights) and so many towels (even beach towels)! We (thankfully) don’t have a baby but there’s lots of baby extras for anyone who does. The house is VERY clean and the beds, pillows, and furniture are all super comfortable. My children are on the Autism spectrum and vacations usually look a little different for our family. Nothing is ever predictable and new places have the potential to cause chaos. If you have kids on the spectrum, this house is (clearly deliberately) a safe environment and offers lots of sensory input. Everything was perfect. Thanks, Adam! ##### Amber P. We all enjoyed the bottom floor gameroom, especially our grandchildren. The indoor slide was an added bonus. Swimming pool was a short walk from the house. The only things I could say that could be fixed was the water pressure wasn’t good. The pillows could be replaced and when I took a shower the towels had a slight smell like they were left wet to long then dryed. But my over all experience was good and I would definitely stay again. The house was conveniently located within 15-30 minutes of all the attractions and food. The house was clean and well stocked. The kids enjoyed the slide, hammocks and games located in the house and also the pool. We would recommend this house for a large family with children. ##### Tanya M. Communication not so great and things inside the house need a bit of work and update for safety. We hate some injuries that could have been prevented and it would have been nice to sit on the deck. There was so much room and so accommodating to the needs of our 20 month old granddaughter. The downstairs game room and kids cave were every childs, young and old, dream. It was nice to have that to come home to every evening. It was also great to have indoor activities due to the cold weather. We could not have asked for more. ##### Allison G. It was fantastic! We had kids 7 and 9 and it was non stop action. The video games and air hockey were a huge bonus. The house was fully stocked, laundry detergent and fabric softener was provided (or left by someone) and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided as well. Had both coffee pot and Kuerig. It’s in a quiet location, most of the neighborhood are rentals. About 20 minutes to Silver Dollar City but it’s a quick and pretty drive. While in Branson, we only stay at Adam’s properties for the cleanliness. ##### Kelly P. Great location - only a few minutes from Sight and Sound and a few other spots we wanted to visit. Great communication with the property mamager. We will visit again. ##### Amy K. Still close enough to everything but more secluded and quiet. The kids absolutely loved the slide and it kept them busy when we we’re back at the house relaxing from a busy day. ##### Stacy K. This is one of the coolest VRBOs we have ever rented! The cave slide was a huge hit with all of the kids! Between the slide, arcade and board games, and the neighborhood pool, they would have been entertained all week even if we had no other plans! Great location, host was very responsive.
