« Cozy, clean and well located, short walk to Charlotte Lake Ontario Park. Great area for dog walking with views of lake. Rental was on second floor. Windows on three sides made it very bright. Small but layout and furnishing were attractive and well thought out. Generous sized kitchen. Helpful but unobtrusive host. I'm looking forward to staying again. »

« Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house. »

« Our group of 3 couples thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in this house. The view of the lake is magnificent and the lake is literally right there. The house was super clean and well stocked without any clutter. It was a delightful time and I hope to return. No problems whatsoever. »

« The house was as described. Clean and easy to find. A couple of things to know - the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are steep. We had a hard time keeping it comfortably warm, but to be fair, we were there during the midst of a winter storm with high winds - so challenging for an older home, and plenty of quilts and blankets on hand to keep everyone cozy. The host was VERY accommodating in allowing us to stay an extra night due to poor driving conditions (in fact, a travel ban...) Overall, the...

« This was a perfect place for our family to enjoy, rest and get ready during a very busy RIT graduation weekend. We were able to have family come for a meal. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. We had everything we needed. Communication with the Sonia (the Host) was stellar! So kind and very responsive. While we are now done with RIT, should we need to return to the area, I would definitely be looking to see if The Cozy Place is available. »
