The accommodation is fully equipped with a modern kitchen with oven, cooking facilities, microwave, a rustic wood stove, as well as a coffee machine, 3 bedrooms, 2 newly renovated bathrooms and much more. The hut offers enough space for up to 6 people and combines rustic idyll with comfort for a relaxing holiday. There is also a balcony from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Kitzbühel Alps. Hollersbach, the idyllic village in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park region, is the ideal starting point for winter sports enthusiasts. 170 kilometers of slopes and rustic huts await in the Kitzbühel ski area. The Kitzbüheler Alpen panorama cable car provides convenient direct access to the Kitzbühel ski area: 215 km of slopes, numerous off-piste routes, the "Hanglalm" snow park and 55 different places to stop for refreshments are waiting to be explored. In summer, the Kitzbüheler Alpen panorama cable car takes hikers to the Resterhöhe, the starting point for numerous tours with a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding three-thousand-meter peaks. The Hollersbach leisure complex "Hollidee" provides summer water fun with a natural swimming lake, large lawn, adventure playground, beach volleyball court, skate park and tennis courts. Tolle Lage mit verbesserungsbedürftigen Ausstattungen: Die Hütte verlassen wir leider mit sehr gemischten Gefühlen. Auf der einen Seite eine tolle Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht, eine unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Betreuung durch Christine – auf der anderen Seite viele Mängel, die bei einem Mietpreis von gesamt ca. 2300.- (Pro Woche, macht ca. knapp 10.000,- im Monat) nicht sein dürfen. Positiv ist die Lage: die Hütte steht in Alleinlage an einem Berghang, hier hat man wirklich seine Ruhe. Vor der Hütte eine Sitzgruppe, neben der Hüte ein mit Sauna ausgestatteter Schuppen. Die Hüte selber ist klein (geschätzt 50-60qm), im OG Bad und 2 Schlafzimmer, die jeweils 3 Betten bieten, jedoch keine Schränke. Bad ist funktionell und völlig ok. Im EG ist ein 2\. Bad, der Küchenraum mit Sitzgruppe und daneben ein Vorbau mit noch einmal 2 Betten, davon eines ca. 180cm lang Kritikpunkte sind: - Uralte Ausstattungsgegenstände: u.a. eine Kaffeemaschine, deren Plastik braun angelaufen ist und die bestimmt 20 Jahre auf dem Buckel hat, Fernseher, die vor 10 Jahren bereits veraltet waren, Kochgeschirr mit beschädigten Beschichtungen, harte und unbequeme Matratzen, auf denen wir leider schlecht geschlafen haben - Sauberkeit: viele Spinnenweben in Schlafzimmern und Küche, Backofen leider verdreckt, Besteck bei Ankunft verschmiert, mußte zunächst gereinigt werden - Stark renovierungsbedürftiger Außenbereich: Das Geländer an dem steilen Abhang von dem Haus morsch und verwittert, teilweise bereits abgerissene Holz-Elemente, Sitzmöbel teilweise morsch und mit daraus folgend gebrochenen Elementen; Grillkamin für Lebensmittel definitiv nicht brauchbar, Grillroste dick schwarz verkrustet, Dach des Kamins durchgebrannt durch Feuer, daher regnet es hinein und sorgt für einen völlig verdreckten Grill. Wenn man eine so kleine Hütte für vergleichsweise recht viel Geld vermietet, ist es für uns eine Frage des Anstandes dem Gast gegenüber, dass die versprochenen Ausstattungen auch einwandfrei sind und qualitativ der verlangten Miete entsprechen. Die o.g. Mängel wären mit einem vergleichsweise geringen Aufwand zu beheben. 30.- für neue Kaffeemaschine, 500.- für 2 passable Fernseher, ca. 800.- für bequeme Matratzen einfacher Machart und Bettwäsche, die nicht alt und muffig ist – schon wäre der Eindruck deutlich besser. Die teilweise auch bedenklichen Zustände draußen, insbesondere das Geländer an der Abbruchkante, sind kaum akzeptabel.
