Very clean. You can tell the host has put thought into everything to offer a positive experience. The kitchen was well equipped, especially given the size. We really appreciated having the user manual for the combo microwave/oven so we could make homemade pizza, which turned out great! The bed was very comfortable. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels. We would definitely stay again. We were here for 5 nights with our two small dogs, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed, including beach chairs. The location could not be better! We were just a couple minutes walk to the river, the waterfront restaurants, a park where they had live music, and all the great shops. We enjoyed the pool across the street at the Ship N Shore Hotel, so that was a nice perk. We loved the beach at Saugatuck Dunes State Park, which is just a 10 minute drive away. We’ve stayed a number of times in apartments in the three Water Street buildings and each time we’ve enjoyed our stay. The building is across from Wick Park, has a narrow view of the river and is a short walk to downtown. It’s is on the 2nd floor so there are stairs to climb. ##### Barbara N. My sister and I stayed here for a quick girls weekend, and we couldn’t have been happier! The place is nice and comfortable, and exactly as expected. It was the perfect size for myself and my two boys. The king size bed was comfy. I couldn’t find extra pillows and blankets for the pull out couch, but my son said he was comfortable enough. It was quite stuffy and humid when we entered, but we adjusted the window units and it cooled off after a couple of hours. The location is absolutely perfect and so many things are in walkable distance. The bathroom did not smell fresh, and it really could’ve used a bleach scrubbing to freshen it up. It was exactly as pictured and perfect for a couple. The host provided all necessary information prior to our arrival, making the property easy to access. The space was clean and well furnished.
