The fully-furnished kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and a small table that seats two. The living room has a full-size sleeper-sofa, flat screen tv and a swivel rocking chair. The bedroom is spacious and includes a king-size bed, dresser and a large closet. The sleeper sofa in the living room will allow this unit to accommodate up to four guests . The bathroom features custom tile, a granite countertop and a large soaking tub with shower. ​​​​​​​Centrally located in the heart of the 8th street business district this condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, breweries , Sperry Movie house and Hope College The buildings that house the Lofts date back to the early 1900's. The architectural details and unique construction provide a perfect backdrop for these fully restored and updated condos.. PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A SECOND FLOOR CONDO AND THERE IS NO ELEVATOR PARKING ​​​​​​​Parking is available for one vehicle in the designated lots, and a parking permit is required.
