The bedroom had plenty of closet space and dresser storage. The king size bed was comfortable. It was hot in Saugatuck during our stay but the ceiling fans and AC kept us cool. We found the walk to downtown to be easy and appreciated having off street parking-as finding street parking can be difficult.You do have to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. For two people this was not a problem. It was a little trickier when our daughter and her husband spent a night. They reported the sofa bed to be comfortable with the extra mattress topper provided. The pull-out couch mattress is VERY uncomfortable and maybe a form egg-crate topper would help or bring your own if you have 4 people staying. You can walk downtown to area restaurants and shops. The place is very clean and has a lot of space. I would stay there again. The only nuance is the layout. You have to walk through the bathroom to the bedroom.
