I was disappointed in the landscaping both front and back of the house. I was also disappointed in the dock,boards rotted and in need of paint. The garage is more of a warehouse than garage. The garage door needs replaced it’s so rusted at the bottom I’m sure that rodents are present with the droppings on the rug. A number of good restaurants were also close. Loved the time in the Florida room overlooking the lake. Great place to have breakfast or recoup after playing pickle ball or riding bikes. Location was excellent and easy to get to beaches, Tarpon Springs, restaurants, shopping, groceries and more! I only wish we spent more time staying here!! I loved the porch, wildlife, and especially the cute baby alligator who came over the lake just to see me! The backyard was quiet and I also loved the back porch. The owner has provded anything you might need. The home is in a nice friendly neighborhood. The only suggestion I would have is a plug for the bathtub for those of us that prefer tubs over showers. The home was beautiful and clean. The screened in patio area was a favorite of ours. It was our favorite place to be in the morning and evening. So many different birds on the property, alligators swimming in the morning, different sounds in the morning vs evening. Nice quiet neighborhood.
