Place was clean but there was very poor and incomplete construction, such as doors not closing, unfinished areas, no fridge handle and the sink spigot was very wobbly. Parking was on site and had washer and dryer, although outside. No seating outside at all. Had to take out kitchen chairs to sit on. Beds were horrible ! Had WiFi but no access to modem so no password.
