Ideally located near the prestigious Sugar Hill Resort and Holetown, this villa offers easy access to a variety of restaurants, shopping, and the renowned Limegrove Lifestyle Centre. The master bedroom, situated on the upper level, features an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combo. This leads to a spacious, well-equipped kitchen that offers all the modern conveniences needed to prepare your own meals, or alternatively, invite a local cook to prepare traditional Barbadian dishes for a truly authentic experience. The bright and airy living room is furnished with a Smart TV and opens onto a balcony overlooking the large freshwater pool. From here, you can enjoy partial ocean views and the cool island breeze. The wraparound balcony is furnished with comfortable rattan seating, perfect for sipping a local cocktail while watching the sun set over the west coast. The 6-seater dining area, with push-out shutters, also allows for refreshing breezes, day or night. On the lower level, you'll find the twin bedroom, which can be converted into a king bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower. The queen bedroom, also en-suite with a step-in shower, is complemented by a cozy sitting area, ideal for relaxing with a good book and enjoying the view of the private patio, garden, and pool. The expansive freshwater swimming pool invites guests to cool off and soak up the sun on the surrounding deck. The outdoor patio area includes additional seating, a dining area, and a wet bar with a fridge and microwave—perfect for grabbing a refreshing drink or snack without needing to head upstairs. With three en-suite bedrooms, Tradewinds is the perfect getaway for both friends and families. Please note: There are 12 stairs leading from the upper level to the lower level, and 8 stairs from the driveway to the front door.
