LOCATION
Villas on the Beach is exactly what the name suggests—set directly on Barbados’ famous Platinum Coast.
The soft white sand is at your doorstep, with the Caribbean Sea stretching out before you. (Note: platform-generated tags such as “2-minute drive to beach” are inaccurate—this penthouse is truly beachfront.)

The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, hob, microwave, side-by-side fridge-freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer—everything you need to feel at home.

Enjoy the convenience of daily housekeeping and optional home-cooked meals.
Our warm and attentive housekeeper, Shereene, provides cleaning and laundry six days a week. Many guests choose to explore the fantastic restaurants both locally and slightly further afield. If however you choose to stay in then you can enjoy a delicious meal prepared by Shereene —subject to her availability and with ingredients you provide (after discussing with Shereene what is needed). Her popular dishes include grilled catch of the day, chicken curry, lasagne, roti, and spaghetti Bolognese.
In the rare event that Shereene is unwell or on leave, we will do our very best to arrange a suitable replacement housemaid who can assist with both cleaning and cooking, so your experience remains as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Roomy property that is perfectly located by grocery store, Starbucks, shopping and multiple dining options. Check in was perfect. Shirenne was lovely. Made chicken curry for us at our request that was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at The View was amazing! The space is gorgeous - with plenty of room for the 8 of us and, of course, a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The property manager and the housekeeper, Shereene, were both friendly and responsive. We can't wait to go back!

Great location. The villa is on the beach. Wonderful restaurants nearby.Supermarket and shops right across the street. Communication with host, property manager and housekeeper was great. We had a delicious jerk chicken prepared by shereene ( housekeeper) and other nights we enjoyed local restaurants which are close by.We found the villa to be very clean and comfortable - a great place to relax and vacation with our family. Where to begin?? Jonathon (owner), John (manager), and Shereen (housekeeper and cook extraordinaire) all contributed greatly to a most excellent vacation.Jonathon kept in touch throughout the booking and visit. John greeted us, with a much appreciated, and enjoyed, rum punch. Shereen kept us spic-and-span and cooked a superb Curry Chicken dinner for us the evening of our Mount Gay Distillery tour.The View - aptly named and very well located, particularly as we enjoyed a couple of dinners and drinks at The Tides, right next door. The 4 of us very much enjoyed the location and the quality of the villa and the Villas On The Beach property and staff (Kemar, Jenny, Junior, Dwayne).Will we return? Already planning it.

Absolutely lovely villa with outstanding views. The location in Holetown is amazing. Grocery store is just across the road from the building with a Starbucks! Wonderful restaurants on each side of the building and many other options within a short walk. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay overall was amazing. We utilized the beach and the pool the most. Shareene was phenomenal; friendly, helpful with places to eat or where to grab a taxi or whatever your needs may be she will guide you in the right direction.Be sure to say Hi to Jenny the groundskeeper. Always working her butt off to keep the property looking fresh but will always take the time to chit chat while working.Dwayne the front desk guard always had a smile on his face no matter how many times we went in and out at all hours of the night the greeting was the same : ) Would definitely visit again : )

The property is incredible, the pictures of the interior are exactly as shown and the beautiful beach is literally steps away. The area is extremely convenient with shops, grocery, and restaurants close by. The restaurants are a little more expensive on this area but very convenient for your stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and the staff at the facility were very helpful. We stayed as a family of 8 with 2 small children and had more than enough space and privacy for everyone.

A superb villa located in Holetown close to shops and restaurants so no need for a car. Amazing views from this top floor villa. Access to beautiful seafront walks. A very well equipped and maintained spacious villa with high standards. Shereene the housekeeper was a welcome friendly face and along with John , the caretaker, any requests we had were attended to promptly. The block of villas is well maintained by friendly staff. Communication with the host , Jonathan , was excellent. He was understanding , knowledgeable and very helpful with any queries we had. Great holiday! Great villa!

5 women (in our 70’s) travel often together. We went to Barbados in 2019 and loved it and wanted to go back. The location of the building in Holetown was great. Grocery store and Starbucks across the street. Tides restaurant next door was very good. The pool was fabulous. We sat on the balcony overlooking the beautiful blue ocean every morning with coffee and a glass of wine at night. The condo was great. My only recommendation would be to add grab bars in the tubs.

You couldn’t ask for a better location. Right on the beach. Across the street from a wonderful grocery store. Outstanding restaurants nearby. We used drivers as opposed to renting a car. Very safe location. The villa is bright and open. We found the stove and oven a bit confusing to operate. There were enough plates and utensils. Maybe I would update the pots and pans and the appliances. Other than that it is definitely a five star.

We couldn't have wished for a more perfect vacation. The villa is lovely and meticulously maintained by Shereene. Situated right on the beach, it offers breathtaking sunsets from every balcony. The grocery store is conveniently located across the street, and all the shops and restaurants in Holetown are within walking distance. The owner, Jonathan, was excellent to deal with, responding promptly to all my inquiries. John, the property manager, exceeded expectations to ensure our stay was flawless. Both Jonathan and John checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We hope to return soon!

The views from the various balconies were gorgeous; amazing views of the Caribbean and breathtaking sunsets at night. The pool was quiet and relaxing, perfect for a quick dip to cool off. The location couldn't be better, just a few steps away from:The beach - lounging, swimming, snorkeling, and a few breezy rum bars :)Amazing restaurants - ranging from budget-friendly to high-endTransportation - Bus stops and a taxi standShopping - The Massey's supermarket is well stocked, and there is a vast array of shoppes at the Chattel houses and the Limegrove Livestyle CentreThe owner was quick to respond to all of our questions during the booking process, and John, the property manager, was very friendly and communicative, and was extremely valuable in helping my family navigate our first (but definitely not last) trip to Barbados.I would highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a calm, relaxing, friendly, and rejuvenating stay on the West Coast. Definitely a five star experience.

As advertised! Very convenient to Holetown with shopping and restaurants. East access to the pool and a small private beach. Amazing views from the multiple balconies. Jonathan (owner), John (property mgr), and Shereene ( housekeeper) were super responsive and helpful. And we loved Shereene jerk chicken and macaroni pie. Would highly recommend.

This is a first class property right in Holetown. I would recommend bringing swimming shoes as getting into the water includes navigating a shore littered with tiny rocks. The pool on site is more than adequate and spans the entire length of the complex.

Location location location! This property has it all- beautiful home on a beautiful beach located within walking distance of anything you need. No car needed! Johnathon was a great host and made sure all our needs were met. The maid (Shereen) came daily while we were at the beach- she did a great job

Property was amazing, staff is great, owner was super helpful and responsive. Greeted with a cold drink for the group. Store across the street, great food all around, little shops and great cafe right across the street. central located if you wanted to go anywhere. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone.
