We initially thought it was set back a bit further from the busy road, but we got used to the traffic flow. The owners have made the space comfortable with modern appointments. I only wish I had known about the K-cup-only coffee maker as I brought my own ground coffee. The second floor was nice with two bedrooms and a master bath. The King bed in the master was very comfortable. Would have preferred a different vent location, but I do understand it was a cape cod-style home. My favorite part was that the Roku-managed TV system was set up to accommodate guest’s separate streaming devices. It accommodated my Apple TV, so I was happy. Kitchen was good. Gas stove was great. Maybe a smaller pan added, if possible. The owners were nice enough to address our concerns about the powerful A/C and helped us to make adjustments for comfort. They were very attentive. Great communication with seller and location was central to all we had planned. 90 minutes to Salem, Plymouth, and NH. The only caveat I would provide to potential renters is if you are a very light sleeper, this property probably isn't for you as it's on a busy highway. It is also a town home with one other unit which is clearly stated in the description. Unfortunately for us, we had loud neighbors our last two nights there. But if you are a night owl, or live someplace with a lot of traffic and are used to this, you should be fine! ##### Beth S.
