"The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Well stocked on amenities. The only issue is that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. It is about 1hr away from secret beach on a golf cart. Downtown is about a 25min drive. Cecelia was very helpful and we felt very safe and well taken cared of. We will definitely come back. "

"My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 days as a part of her birthday celebration and had an incredible time. I was able to work with Jeremiah to plan a surprise dinner by the water with a birthday cake, flowers, champagne, and decorations that she loved, and we were blown away by Victoria House and sad to be leaving today. Jeremiah, Ashley, Ruben and Travis were all exceptional members of the hotel’s staff and we loved talking to and learning about their lives each day. Before arriving we scheduled snorkeling with another company and had a lot of trouble figuring out transport - the hotel arranged a next morning trip that was cheaper and visited the same locations as the previous company, but dropped us off to and from the hotel which was a relief and so convenient. The pools and facilities here are incredible but the people really solidified this as 5 stars for me, highly highly recommend."

"Our family of 5 had a great stay at Ocean’s Edge. Kids loved the beach and pool. Ester was amazing at scheduling excursions and making sure we had what we needed. Getting into town does take some effort but worth the trip every time. Condo had everything we needed for the 6 day stay. "

"This spacious condo worked very well for our party of four adults and would have also been great for a family. The kitchen was well-stocked and the views lovely. Esther from Pelican Reef Management was very responsive. Unfortunately, we were affected by the seaweed bloom that affected much of San Pedro. However, guides picked us up at the dock for activities, and we enjoyed snorkeling, fishing and scuba!."
