Good location just out of city center. Free bikes! Only problem, they will not give you breakfast if you do not put your order in the night before. It rained a lot, so we slept a lot there. The aircon is extra cold!!!

We had a wonderful stay at VaiA! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient to the historic center of Hoi An. The air conditioner in the room worked great, breakfast was delicious, and there was free coffee and tea provided 24 hours a day. The very best part of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff was, especially Maya. We had an issue with our flight (our fault) and Maya worked very hard to help us fix the problem - she followed up to make sure everything was ok, and we were so impressed by how professional and kind she was, and how genuine she seemed to be in wanting to help. We would not have been able to resolve the issue without all of her help and would probably have been stuck at the airport. Thank you Maya!!!

Nice hotel for the price. I would stay there again
Great hotel just outside of the Old city but only a few blocks. Room was good size and amenities were fine. Bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Restaurants around the area. Location was nice as I would not want to be inside Old Town. As a female solo traveler I felt safe walking to and from Old Town although I was usually in by 10pm. Taxi was only 30,000 dong from Old Town but mostly I walked back. Mini mart, great massages and ATM close. Breakfast was basic as you preordered the night.

Basic hotel. Breakfast okay. Enjoyed using the bikes to ride to the beach. Compared to other hotels in Vietnam, does not stand out as anything special.

Basic, but clean and in a good location- about 10 mins walk to everything. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Vaia is centrally located and walking distance to restaurants, shops and the night market. Staff was very welcoming and the area felt safe. We arrived at the hotel in the morning as we had caught an early flight to Hoi An. We were thankful we were able to get an early check in and also a hot breakfast. Thank you to the staff for our anniversary surprise!

Edge of old town hotel with excellent facilities
Excellent reception staff helpful and attentive. Good arrival drinks and information about Hoi An. Good size room. No tea making facilities in the room but available 24/7 in the lobby. Only negative was no elevator.

Serviceable and affordable
Large room, close to the old town but away from the noise. Staff are friendly. Card facilities not available in the hotel so make sure you have cash.

Great value in perfect Hoi An
A very pleasant little hotel run by a very professional & helpful lady called Ann. She was very attentive and even booked our ongoing bus to Hue. Our first room, the door wouldn’t lock so we moved rooms. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT EVEN IF YOUR ROOM STATES A BATH, ONLY THE EXECUTIVE SUITES HAVE ONE. The shower was good however. Breakfast selection was good from a menu. The room was a good size, clean & comfortable. The only downside is their neighbours have a bunch of chickens and a dog that are very loud at all hours! Good location only a short walk into the ancient town. We stayed for 5 nights in total. I would recommend Vaia Boutique and stay again.

Lovely and good value hotel near to old town
I would definitely recommend this hotel. The stay were so friendly. Breakfast is made to order (selection made the night before). Free bike hire, free cocktail 4-6pm. Free tea and coffee available 24hrs. Can easily organise motorbike hire.

Quite pleased with the overall experience.
Most of the staff spoke a reasonable amount of English and were very helpful and personable (Sweet). Hotel doesn't have an elevator (That's Ok, I need the exercise). The price for this hotel is fair in my opinion. Breakfast was delicious and the proximity to old town made it easy to walk for shopping or local cuisine. Airport shuttles, arranged by the hotel, arrived on time.

Great hotel in Hoi An
VaiA was a great choice for our stay in Hoi An. The location was a short walk from the ancient city, making it easy to get to any of the different things to see and do in the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and quiet throughout the night. Above all, the friendly staff went out of their way to be helpful- answering a number of questions before we arrived and later throughout our stay. And they will help you coordinate anything and quickly- we had a motorcycle delivered to the hotel in less than 10 minutes from the time of our request. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hoi An!

Second time at this hotel. Stayed four nights however only given complimentary water for the first night. Breakfast just okay. The computers were very good in the lobby. Coffee during the day was either empty or cold. The staff were excellent. Free bikes however this time did not use. Will probably not stay here again as I know better options

VAIA is great value for money. It's a comfortable and clean place to stay in Hoi An that's a convenient 5 minute walk to the heart of Old Town, offers free rental bicycles and features friendly staff.

We stayed 3 nights at Vaia Hotel recently. The room was spacious and clean and had a very good A/C and comfy bed. Free evening cocktail and free bike rental was a plus. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only small gripe is the foyer/lobby was often very hot/stuffy and they should use the fans more or open the doors. This hotel was a great price and we would stay again without hesitation.

Nice Hotel, Not the Brightest Staff
Enjoyed the hotel. Staff was decent but not the brightest. I had a emergency and needed to book a flight. The front desk lady kept pestering about the airport shuttle even tho I explained to her I needed to book my flight first so I would know the exact time I would needed to get picked up. Asked for a wake up call never got it. Also, when I went down for my shuttle, it never showed even tho I paid in advance for it.

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very helpful and kind. The price was reasonable and location also good. Breakfast was simple but fresh and good. You have a short way to the beach or city center with bikes or scooter. Hotel provides both. Bikes are free. Scooters cost 6$ a day. Staff is polite, friendly and helpful. Especially Susan was very professional. Strong 3/5 rating with a very good price.

Great price for nice little hotel
The room wasn't big however they do make a very good use for every space they have. Hotel has a modern deco and feel clean. Breakfast was limited but good enough for us. Free bike to use and easy to go round the old town and everywhere close by. Staff were nice and polite. They don't speak much English so it's hard to understand sometimes but they did try hard to make sure you have a good stay and get what you need. Overall is very good for what you paid for, definitely exceed our expectation and will recommend this to anyone who looking for good value for money.

Good Budget Hotel
VaiA is a great hotel in Hoi An which has good customer service, helping us to book cars to the Danang Airport. Breakfast is really good, which options such as eggs and a baguette, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, muselli, coffee and tea all day, etc. They offer you free cocktail each day from 4-6pm, although the only option is a mojito. The rooms are decent size, nice, clean and modern. The bathrooms are very large, also modern, with good amenities and shower. There is cable tv, a/c, etc. There are also free bikes for use upon availability, although be forewarned the locks provided to us were stolen when we locked them up, but thankfully we had an extra lock to prevent them from being stolen. The hotel is in a good location, about a 10 min walk from the main downtown section of Hoi An. One tip, it is noisy on the first floor, especially in rooms 1 &2 where it is right near the cooks, cleaning room and lobby, so avoid those if possible. Overall, I would give the hotel a 4.5/5, marked down for the bike lock issues and need to walk 10min to town.

優質的飯店服務、熱心的飯店人員、早餐超好吃！ 我是自由行的新手，在這遇上的許多問題都有虧飯店人員的熱心幫忙了。 半夜有時候會有一點點的車聲透過隔音窗，相對換來的是非常便利的交通位置，會安小鎮上許多景點都可以輕易步行抵達。 出門左轉街角的漢堡店非常好吃，一定要要去試試！請來到這裡的旅客們開心的入住吧！ 祝大家有個開心的旅程XD
