Wie unsere anderen Unterkünfte bietet das Casino viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, wie einen Indoor-Basketballplatz, ein Heimkino mit originalen Kinosesseln, Kicker, Billardtisch und vieles mehr. Ein Aufenthalt in unserer Unterkunft wird zu einem unterhaltsamen Erlebnis!  
  
The Space:  
In unserem luxuriösem Casino, das sich über zwei Etagen erstreckt, stehen Komfort und Unterhaltung im Mittelpunkt.  
  
Beim Betreten der Unterkunft erwartet euch ein großer Wellnessbereich mit einer riesigen Sauna und einem Whirlpool – Entspannung pur!  
  
In der voll ausgestatteten Küche könnt ihr köstliche Gerichte zubereiten und am einladenden Esstisch gesellige Stunden verbringen. Für den Tag danach stehen Nespresso-Kapseln und eine Filtermaschine bereit.  
  
Mit Platz für bis zu 16 Gäste bietet das Casino komfortable Schlafzimmer mit Queensize- und Einzelbetten.  
  
Im Obergeschoss findet ihr ein Heimkino mit echten Kinosesseln, einer Surroundanlage und natürlich einer Popcornmaschine Paar Meter weiter ist der ULTIMATIVE Zockerbereich: Pokertische, ein Billardtisch, ein Street Fighter-Automat sowie eine Xbox und eine Switch sorgen für grenzenlosen Spielspaß – Das alles mit tollem Blick auf den Indoor-Basketballplatz!  
  
Auf unseren Indoor Basketballplatz sind wir besonders Stolz. Egal, ob freundschaftliches Match oder intensives Training – hier erlebt ihr sportliche Action direkt in eurer Unterkunft.  
  
Für unseren lieben Raucher gibt es einen Indoor Raucherbereich mit einem Snack und Getränkeautomaten.   
  
Die gesamte Unterkunft ist mit modernsten Sonos Musikboxen ausgestattet, die ihr von überall aus steuern könnt. Egal, wo ihr euch befindet – eure Lieblingsmusik spielt immer für die perfekte Stimmung!

Guest Access:  
Der Zugang zu unserem Casino Royal erfolgt mittels eines Schlüssels für die Außentür, welcher sich in dem Schlüsselsafe befindet, der neben dem Eingang angebracht ist. Während eurem Aufenthalt steht euch die gesamte Unterkunft zur Verfügung.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf einem Industriegelände.  
  
Parken: Zum Be- und Entladen ist das Halten vor der Unterkunft gestattet.  
Ansonsten ist das Parken nur außerhalb des Geländes auf einem großen und kostenlosen Parkplatz gestattet.  
  
Zugang zum Gelände: Falls das Tor für das Gelände verschlossen sein sollte findet Ihr neben dem Tor ein Schließfach mit dem Schlüssel. Den Code dafür bekommt ihr am Anreisetag.  
  
Außenbereich: Wir haben keinen Außenbereich für diese Unterkunft. Zum Rauchen haben wir bei der Unterkunft einen gekennzeichneten Bereich wo Ihr euch aufhalten könnt.  
  
Für die Nutzung der Multiroomanlage wird eine zusätzliche kostenfreie App (SONOS S2) benötigt. Weitere Information befinden sich hierzu im Eingangsbereich der Unterkunft.   
  
Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Whirlpool bei einem Check-in am gleichen Tag eines Check-outs noch nicht auf Betriebstemperatur sein könnte, da er frisch aufgefüllt und gereinigt wird.  
  
Wir haben nichts gegen Geburtstagsfeiern, jedoch bitten wir darum, die Lautstärke im Außenbereich einzuhalten. Bitte keine Lautsprecher oder Boxen im Freien verwenden und kein lautes Geschrei oder sonstige Lärmbelästigungen verursachen. Wir möchten sicherstellen, dass alle Gäste und Nachbarn ihren Aufenthalt genießen können.  
  
Im Falle eines erhöhten Reinigungsaufwands müssen wir einen Betrag von 200 Euro berechnen. Dies umfasst zusätzliche Arbeiten wie die intensive Reinigung stark verschmutzter Bereiche und die Beseitigung von übermäßigem Müll. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis und Ihre Kooperation, um die Unterkunft für alle Gäste in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand zu halten.  
  
Die Checkout-Zeit um 10 Uhr muss strikt eingehalten werden, da wir mit externen Reinigungsfirmen zusammenarbeiten, die pünktlich mit der Reinigung beginnen müssen. Dies gewährleistet, dass die Unterkunft für die nächsten Gäste rechtzeitig und in bestem Zustand bereit ist. Wir danken Ihnen für Ihr Verständnis und Ihre Kooperation.
