"Dear black travelers, this is . Switzerland made me feel like home away from home, at this hotel specifically. We had an amazing time here! The staff is very friendly and speaks English well. The breakfast hours are 0630-1030 and the selection is very nice. They had a mix of traditional american choices (bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs, toast, yogurt) and European choices (assorted seeds and nuts, many different types of breads and crossants, ham, salami, cured meats, and cheese). The casino is a decent size. It has a couple blackjack tables, roulette, and 1 table thats the equivalent to ultimate Texas holdem. Then ofcourse an assortment of slots. The restaurant is also pretty good. When you go in your room there may be a large circular paper that looks like a casino chip. You can use 1 per day, per person. Ensure you take it daily to the check in desk in the casino or cashiers cage if the promotion is going on. Its 10 free CHF. They also offer discounts for the waterpark thats a short walk away. The room was comfortable and the shower water was very very very hot. Be careful. The bathroom could have been cleaner but it wasnt too horrible."

"Nestled in the mountains, the hotel is a dreamlike setting offering spectacular views of Lake Lucerne (Vierwaldstätter See). It is situated in a quiet area, fully immersed in nature. Ample parking is available. The breakfast is excellent, featuring gluten-free bread options. The Staff is very friendly and nice. Just a one-minute walk away, you will find the funicular that takes you down to the lake to board boats bound for various lakeside villages—including Rütli, the historic site where the Swiss Confederation was founded. Seelisberg is a 35-minute drive from Lucerne, a very beautiful city that is highly recommended. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are simple, yet clean and comfortable. The hotel's true luxury lies in the surrounding nature—knowing we are in the very heart of the Swiss Alps—and that is priceless."

"This hotel had unparalleled views! We loved the location and enjoyed our stay so much. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Even in mid-September the room was a bit warm at night with an AC unit in the (large) room. The bedding also wasn’t the most comfortable, but overall solid stay!"
