Just a 9-minute drive to the beach and close to parks and nature preserves, it’s an ideal base for sun, fun, and family memories. Book your stay today! \*The spa/hot tub by the pool is available from Nov 1 - Apr 1. ☛ We allow pets for a one-time fee of $100 per pet. Please disclose how many pets you\`re bringing after booking, as any undisclosed pets will incur a $300 fee, on top of any cleaning and/or damage fees. ☛ Cancellations 30 days before arrival is eligible to 96% refund \*Payment processor retains the 4% transaction fees and does not include them when a refund is issued. ☛ Cancellations 14 days before arrival is eligible to 50% refund ☛ MINIMUM AGE IS 24 ☛ After booking, you\`ll need to fill out a short CHECK-IN FORM to get your door code.
