However the property needs upkeep (overgrown and lots of mosquitos), is very close to the railroad tracks which was really tough for young kids, and needs a professional cleaning (blankets left by couch with crumbs and sugar ants, bugs in tub, dead cockroaches …etc). Also, it would have been helpful if the kitchen had more than 4 plates as there were 5 of us and we had to do dishes several times a day. Also the description of the property said there was a grill, beach chairs, and a hot tub. There were 2 camp chairs available, no grill, and no hot tub.
